There is a strange smell around. Everything seems old and run down. Room cleaning turned out to be only if you ask the reception to do it. The only good thing was a man who met us at the reception when we arrived and seemed to be doing many things around the hotel like replacing the broken hair dryer. This guy was very nice all around. Despite advertisements for continental breakfast, there is none I have open case with customer service. I was told because of couid, all they give you is packaged oatmeal, coffee, and teabags. This place smells dirty. While the bedsheets and pillowcases appear to have been washed, this is where it ends. There were spots on the comforters, it wasn't clear if they were washed. When we arrived in our room, the first thing that met us was a bug roach? Running across the floor. Then we noticed a hair and other particles on the floor. I don't think they ever mop the floors. There is a strange not clean smell all around. Everything feels old and run down. Room cleaning turned out, only if you ask the front desk to do it. The only good thing was a man who met us at the front desk when we arrived and appeared to be doing many things around the hotel like replacing the broken hair dryer.

Don't make reservations here because it's way overpriced. The ceiling tiles have brown stains with mold, and there are various structural cracks all over the building. The managers treat the Latino housekeeping staff like slaves and mistreat them, constantly treading on their rights as American citizens. Their continental breakfast consists of packets of oatmeal. Nothing in the entire structure is in serious disrepair and up to code. The Thai restaurant there, in my opinion, was the nicest part of our stay. They have excellent staff and delicious food. They lied about their rates and are serious sisters. To be completely honest, you should not remain in any of the less expensive, shady hotels and motels in that area.
