The 1st room I was checked into smelled so bad! Like wet dogs were left in the room and it was full of flies. It was the most disgusting mess ever, so then I was moved to another room with no towels, no toilet paper and the a/c didn't work at all. I went down to ask if someone could just look at the a/c and was immediately told I could just be refunded there were no other available rooms. But I walked by 10-12 rooms that were empty cuz you know they leave the curtains open. This was 12:45am on the 4th of July and I had just gotten off work and just wanted to shower and relax. My boyfriend showed up and was able to fix the a/c but I had to argue to get towels and toilet paper. The front desk guy just kept telling me he will refund me. I will never stay there again.

Room was dirty, bathroom dirty, shower had hairs and etc in it. room was nothing like photos on hotels.com site. linens were stained. had to chase the staff in the morning for towels to take a cold shower (no hot water) plenty of parking though....

Right after check in I was immediately told the pool was out of service. When I opened the room door, the smell of wet dog and old cigarettes kicked me in the face harder than a Chuck Norris round house to the chin. The carpet looked wet and more like linoleum than fibers. The pillows were stained more yellow than a smokers teeth. We had roaches coming out from under the bed and bathroom as a welcome committee. The toilet was broken and the shower head had so much scale I could of been busted by TSA on suspicious substances. I could feel the spirit of this room clinging on to my skin the whole 2 mins I was in there. There was mold, bullet holes in the door, cigarette holes on the covers and carpet, and the ac was not AC-ing. I don't know how this place is still open. I quickly booked another room elsewhere simply for health concerns for my kids. Yet they still had the audacity to charge me for the day. I wish there were negative stars to give because this place was way sub par.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE! The pictures are nothing what this place actually is. Very bad area of town with very sketchy people walking around the property. Not family friendly at all. Many rooms appear to have been broken into as the door handles look broken on a lot of doors. The property is very worn down nothing like the pictures. We arrived around 12:30am and felt very unsafe in the parking lot even though they have a security guard driving around. The first room they gave us we walked in and there was a horrible smell. Walked around the room and it was completely trashed. Walls torn up, dirty walls, smoke detector ripped from the wall. There was even still poop and toilet paper in the toilet. One bed only had one pillow. It almost looked like someone was already staying there. Very creepy! We walked out immediately and and went back to the front desk and I demanded a room that looked like the pictures I saw on Expedia. They walked us to another room and guess what the door wouldn't even open. The handle was broken. I also noticed the pool was covered with a tarp and trashed. My kids really wanted to play in the pool which doesn't even exist. I told them that I would just like a refund as this place was nothing like it is advertised. So they said they gave me a refund but I booked through Expedia and have yet to receive it.

I was very much disappointed booking this hotel. I was assigned to a room which was not clean. Wc had unflashed toilet. Very dirty room. They changed my room and moved me to another room which was almost the same. Floor was very dirty and carpet has stains. I had to go to get vacuum cleaner myself to clean the carpet. Roaches everywhere. The bathroom was unkempt Hairs everywhere. The room next to me was very noisy. They had about 3 dogs in the room and barking all night. I don't recommend this hotel for anyone. It is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. Very terrible and disappointing.
