I did not get the opportunity to see the pool, but the shower still had hair on the shower wall. There were people banging on the doors until after midnight and the whole atmosphere was very noisy.

Well, first of all the room was dirty dust all over the refrigerator. I went to find my shoe and it had went under the bed. There was dirty men’s underwear, and a child’s croc and a toy under the bed so poor cleaning. lack of pillows each bed had two pillows that was flat stains on sheets so unsatisfied with my stay.

Who has been writing the Reviews for this place??? The bed is plush, I loved , my husband not as much. The bath tub had cracks in it and hair in it- didn’t look like head hair either. You had to get ice from front desk and only got 1/2 bucket. The staff nice , They have long term rental there…. My sisters and another man’s reservation was messed up not sure if that was Expedia or the motel fault. My sister needed a handicap room but they couldn’t give it to her. I always read reviews before I book a place and I think this one kinda fooled me. It wasn’t terrible but it should not been given as high score as it was. I was not expecting a 4 star hotel ,but expected better than what we got.

My family was in town for a funeral. We booked 6 room's 4 was dirty, roach infested and smelled like mold. My family left not knowing or caring if they could a refund. However the staff was very nice and the property on the outside was well kept

Bath tub stopped up, rooms were stink, covers had what appeared to be polish or markers on them. I didn’t even stay overnight, I made a hour and 45 min ride back home. Will not be returning here.

The pictures are very deceiving. Although on the cheaper side, it looked clean and updated. It was not. When booking for my husband, I always find him something with breakfast and a hot tub. The hot tub wasn’t working. And well, with all the cockroaches, he didn’t even look to see if there was breakfast. He killed multiple cockroaches in his room. He also said his room smelled like stale cigarettes. Only two thin blankets came on the bed, it didn’t even have a fitted sheet on it. And the floor did not look like it had been vacuumed. The tub also had a bunch of cracks in it. I tried to find him a different hotel, but with the fishing tournament in town, I couldn’t. Do not recommend.

Had to cancel reservation due to major wind and snow storm in that area and the hotel would not refund my reservation. It was shortly after the deadline when the forecast took a turn for the worst making traveling impossible. Expedia did not help me with this. I will no longer use Expedia in the future.
