Very friendly & welcoming staff. We have stayed here many times and have enjoyed the breakfast. Some of the rooms are clean and comfortable, but all are being update gradually. So those rooms with dirty furniture (chairs) are being redone with new furnishings.

We stay at Best Western’s when traveling all over the US. Without a doubt, Eufaula staff was the best staff we’ve encountered. They were attentive, professional and responded quickly to any request with a smile. The room was clean and the housekeepers cleaned again on our third day. The air conditioner was on and cool when we checked in. The best shower pressure of any hotel we’ve stayed in. We will stay again when we’re in Eufaula and recommend to our friends and relatives. Shout-out to an outstanding staff ‼️

The staff here is fantastic! My husband stayed here to handle his brother’s final arrangements, the staff allowed us to switch our room and change dates without any fuss. Would highly recommend!

We stay here several times throughout the year. Always feel welcome and the staff are all very accommodating. Most of the times our rooms are comfortable and clean. Quiet, for the most part. Very roomy and don’t feel crowded. The only thing that needs attention is the furniture, particularly the chairs. Several rooms have very old, unsanitary looking chairs and literally filthy. Need to update the furniture. (Bedding is usually very clean)
