Very charming hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious, quiet and had everything we needed. Breakfast options were good each morning with a choice to eat in the dining area or have delivered to your room. Convenient location for activities, downtown and the airport. Great stay!

This charming, converted Victorian was the perfect place to spend our first night in Alaska. The entire hotel was immaculate, the decor was sort of shabby chic - in a good way, and the staff were wonderful. The free shuttle service from the hotel and to our cruise line was a very nice bonus. We were walking distance to a homey cafe, the Valley Restaurant. The made to order breakfast at the hotel, which was included in the price of the room, was delicious. Our room was large, well appointed, with a very comfortable bed and a nice tub/ shower set up. The shower was great. We didn’t use the large jacuzzi tub. All in all, a peaceful, quiet, and comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was a nice room, but could’ve used a couple of foot stools and more options to hang clothing, especially wet clothing. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful and enjoyable to talk to you. Overall, this was a very nice place to stay thank you to the staff

It was so cute and sweet I really liked it and the breakfast was very good very good my husband liked his breakfast we were actually there twice we were there one day and then we went to skagway and kept her suitcases at the other Best Western and then when you went back for a couple days later and this place is so so nice it is really very very nice I like it a lot it's like a baby breakfast it's very sweet and cute I like that a lot
