Met or exceeded every expectation. Not sure if I got some kind of super-secret deal, but this hotel delivered FAR more than I expected for the very reasonable price I paid. I travel to the Detroit area on business multiple times a year. I don't know how I never had this place come up on my list before. It will definitely be a "go-to" for me in the future. BIG place. Really much larger than most Best Westerns. A few miles out -- but close enough to downtown to be reasonable for daily attendance at conventions and the like. My single queen room was large enough. It was clean, the bed was new enough, the door had a modern lock, the bathroom was large enough. No complaints at all. More amenities than 95% of Best Westerns -- if I had a longer stay in mind this would be an excellent location. It has an indoor pool and hot tub, a guest laundry, the building wraps around an outdoor courtyard with a gazebo and garden. And the breakfast was also better than I find at most Best Westerns. I had fresh scrambled eggs, hash browns and biscuits w/ gravy. There was also a choice of cereals, yogurt and a variety of fresh fruit, and a choice of breads (and toasters). I compare to other Best Westerns as a point of comparison because, well, I have stayed at many Best Westerns and it is a Best Western. But my experience at this hotel compares favorably not only with other Best Westerns but also with Holiday Inn Expresses or Marriott Courtyards.

We were only there for a quick overnight stay this time. But we remembered how nice this place was from an earlier visit. Everything was great. No complain.

We really loved the pool, hot tub and restaurant. The staff understood that we were not from that area and helped us with any questions we have.

We were in town for the Motor Muster at Greenfield Village. We spent the weekend at the motel and were pleased with the accomodations and staff. We had drinks in the lounge with friends on Friday night. We also ate in the restaurant and had good food and great service. We plan to stay there again next year.

The entire facility was meticulously clean, and I really liked the overall decor. The rooms and common areas felt a little more upscale. The check-in and checkout process was quick. Great choice if you're in the area for business or to visit The Henry Ford.

This place is really cool! It’s a blast from the past. The rooms were excellent, beds very comfy, the parking was gated, the pool was nice. We used the gym and it was enough for a solid workout. The hallways are long corridors that look so cool, like you’re stepping into a regal old movie. I’d highly recommend this place!

Very nice hotel I would definitely stay there again. Only negative if you are older person or someone with bad knees the toilets are very low to the ground.
