We reserved the hotel over the Thanksgiving weekend 2021. We chose this hotel for two reasons: I am a member of the ing rewards program, and it was slightly cheaper than the competition nearby, aka Hotel Hill. The property and its management are both new. The good thing about the newness is that the rooms and furnishings, as well as the common area, are neat. The bad thing is that the management and staff seem to be new at this. It is to be noted that hotels and restaurants are finding it extremely difficult to hire and retain qualified personnel, so there are delays in service. The management's newness appeared at breakfast. Over the weekend, the hotel ran out of many breakfast buffet items. Who knew the hotel would be full during the Thanksgiving holiday? We definitely didn't. We're not sure if hotel management anticipated a full house or breakfast items were scarce. For whatever the cause, the result was that by Monday morning, breakfast items were limited to coffee, and a few snacks, or fewer than ten items total. I do not want to be subjected to Fox News, as I would not give a fox news audience can, manic, or pas. Get a hint, management. Put some unimportant program on television in the morning. Even weekend cartoons would be acceptable. Do I anticipate the hotel's management and staff to improve? Totally. They are expected to win

On the third weekend since being open, we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. The parking area is adequately sized. The room was spacious, with a king bed, a comfortable king bed, modern style window shades that were excellent, a very relaxing shower, a lot of counter space in the bathroom, a great toy, and enough room to store your luggage if you want to unpack. There were two issues we encountered. First, they didn't have carts to carry your luggage to the room. The breakfast was subpar. They lacked anyone to prepare hot food. However, I usually eat a cold breakfast. Bananas and fruit were scarce, and bagels were unavailable. There were only two dry cereals and one frosted flakes. The latter is acceptable for kids, but not for adults. Hopefully, they will resolve these concerns as they proceed.

We enjoyed the typical holiday inn express's neat and simple layout. But this hie was the worst soundproofing we've ever experienced. All night long you could hear not only the people in the hallway, talking, or next door, but also the traffic outside. If you were a light sleeper or even a child like me, this is not the place for you. As a result of our status, we were typically given a suite, but this was not the case at this hotel. At check-in, I checked the suite's availability through an online reservation, but was told nothing could be upgraded. Breakfast was of high quality. The staff kept them clean and refill them on schedule.

The condition of the hotel was nice and new, the location is located in a strategic area with a lot of dining and shopping options near the interstate. The cleanliness here was amazing, especially the very helpful employee.
