Best Western Parkcrest Inn, you guys are very competent and friendly. The service is really good and the breakfast is also very nice. The pool and hot tub is clean and very hot as we like it. The weather is also good, we enjoy it. We have a wonderful experience. Thank you, Best Western.

I highly recommend the Park Crest Inn. The best western park crest inn offered everything I needed for a hotel. We arrived on September hard, and I soon realized I had made a mistake when booking a smaller accommodation. Victoria, the night administrator, was extremely helpful and courteous despite the dissatisfaction of my husband. She quickly moved us to a larger room with two double beds, which solved the issue. She also suggested a wonderful restaurant for the evening. The cuisine was excellent. The level of professionalism and kindness was exceptional. I adored this small, cozy room. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and lovely. Esmeralda, the manager, was informative about the surrounding area. When I travel, I look for more than ritzy surroundings. I look for kindness, cleanliness, and excellent customer service. Everything I wanted from a hotel was provided at the best western park crest inn.

Great clean upgraded room. Had to cancel one night for work related delays but was not charged. Friendly helpful front desk staff! Clean in and out. I asked for a certain room and my request was met. Very satisfied! 1010.
