I would like to give credit to Noal a staff member that was awesome, very respectful and very friendly, Provide a excellent atmosphere toward our stay at the hotel, even knew my name the day after I check in and I am sure he checks in my clients. would definitely stay again at the hotel because of his positive attitude. The coffee pot in the room was not the best. Coffee did not come out hot but that could have been me.

Norm at the front desk was polite and helpful as was the woman the next morning in my brief interactions with them. The led light on the ac temp was difficult to read - lights out so a little challenging setting.

We had booked a room at a motel 6 in garden grove but when we got there, there was notice stating they had evacuate because of a leak. there was nobody and since I booked it at the last minute by the time we got there it was 12 midnight. I called Expedia and right away they helped me look for another hotel with a room that was available last minute. They found me this best western and I am so pleased they did! the room was so comfortable even though we only slept a couple of hours that mattress was just heaven!!! it felt like we slept for days. we got up to have the continental breakfast and that made our morning I will definetly stay here again in the future! P.S that shampoo and conditioner made my hair looked healthy again!!!

Staff welcomed us and as the room was not available ( we’d arrived early to attend an all day festival) invited us to park/leave the car there and walk over to the festival - very helpful. Room was lovely - very clean and comfortable. Spacious, clean bathroom, fridge, etc. bathroom included all soaps, lotions in containers on the wall - nice feature. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy but hot, fresh, replenished frequently, staff were proactive in assisting. Parking and area directly around hotel was well kept and felt safe. Underground parking with direct access to hotel, overground parking for larger vehicles. Hotel was 10 minute walk from OC fairgrounds - perfect for our needs. We would stay here again.

They've done a fantastic job renovating this hotel over the last few years! Pros: The beds in our immaculate room were extremely comfortable. The nightly rates were reasonable, especially for a hotel in a relatively safe neighborhood and central to so many activities in Orange County. It was quiet, and the "free" breakfast was above par compared to others. It was an easy walk to the OC Fair and Pacific Amphitheater. We travel to SoCal often and will stay at this BW+ again. Cons: Just one... We spent a few evenings in and found the TV channel lineup to be limited. Bonus: Starbucks is a half-block away!
