Fue una buena estancia en el hotel. Desde el inicio pudimos hacer check in tarde ya que nuestro vuelo se atrasó. Encontramos limpia la habitación y de un espacio razonable. Durante la estancia todos los días entraron a hacer la cama y cambiar las toallas, no limpiaron más allá, no se si evitando mover de más nuestras cosas, pero en general bien. Todo el personal siempre muy amable y dispuesto a resolver cualquier duda. El espacio de snacks en realidad solo tenía café, agua y té. El desayuno está incluido, decente y de sabor bien. En general una estancia muy agradable para descansar y asearnos.

Location next to Soho, Chinatown and Little Italy was great. Property was extremely clean, front of house staff were polite and professional. Room was large for NYC standards. For the price, it was a great value. I'm not a "chain" person, but this made me reconsider, as it was a clean, newly done, and well run property for the modest rate.

Stayed at the Best Western during a recent trip and honestly couldn’t have asked for better value in New York City. The standout was definitely the room size—easily one of the biggest hotel rooms I’ve had in NYC, which made the stay way more comfortable. It’s a no-frills pet-friendly hotel, but everything was clean, functional, and easy—no unnecessary extras, just a solid place to stay. The location is another huge plus—right in SoHo, about a five-minute walk to the subway—incredibly convenient. For the price, this place is hard to beat. If you’re looking for space, a great location, and strong value for money without paying for luxury you don’t need, this is a great option.

Love the online pre-check in. Was able to ask some questions before my arrival. All the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Decent breakfast with hot options. Showers have medium pressure so if you have thick, long hair, it may take a few extra minutes to wash your hair. Street-side rooms are provided earplugs. I brought my own, but were definitely needed on some nights. Convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.
