While staying in Lancaster, I was there to attend a family gathering. Over the years, other family members have visited the location, and they have commented on how poor it is. We also know that the town's accommodations are limited. Definitely needs an upgrade and renovation. We stayed for two nights and had to ask for more toilet paper and towels. The bed was comfortable. Was happy that the refrigerator and air conditioning were both functional. I also have family in Franklin. I think I'd check options there first if and when I return.

We have been staying here on our trips to Lancaster for the last 16 years. The new owner is working very hard to remodel the hotel and make it more modern, the new floors, painted walls, and new window furniture are a big plus, and the rooms are very clean, including the bathrooms, which is a huge plus in any hotel!

The location was strategic, near the city center, and within walking distance! I was surprised that they are still working on renovations as the price was so high.
