Overall great stay. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. AC unit was a little loud while sleeping, but nice room otherwise.

This property is very nice. I haven't stayed at a BW for 30 years. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed in a King suite. The front desk was kind and helpful. Made us feel welcomed. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. They accommodated our pets and even gave us as part of the welcome, treats for the dogs and a sheet for the couch. That was really helpful in helping us to ensure our pets didn't negatively impact their furniture. Loved they did this. We will definitely be staying here again on out travel back to Mexico in the fall.

We had an outstanding stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The outdoor pool was a great feature and provided a relaxing place to unwind after a busy day. It was clean, well-kept, and easily accessible. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with a good variety of fresh and tasty options available each morning. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the commitment to guest satisfaction. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The combination of excellent service, clean accommodations, great amenities, and a quality breakfast made this a memorable experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. El Paraíso is around the corner and is really good!

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. My room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast. The location is very convenient, right off I-5 and 10 minutes from downtown. I ate dinner in the restaurant next door twice and enjoyed the meal both times. I will definitely stay here again!!
