When I checked into my room on Sunday evening, the room seemed cool enough. However by morning the ac was not working. So I called the front desk and within 30 minutes I was given a new room. I did receive compensation for the first night. I appreciated the prompt service.

We thought the overall resort experience was poor. We went there to relax and enjoy the pool and be served food and drinks. There was only one bartender and that person was also the weight staff. One of the days it took an hour and a half to get a food order. It was hard to get drinks. The staff was very nice, but they were very understaffed.

This resort is pure heaven. We stayed here for two nights and found the staff to be gracious and more than helpful. They bent over backwards to help us feel welcome and at home. Really nice feature, especially in the month of July, is that the pool is open 24 hours! I’ve never been to a resort that offered that as well as the other wonderful amenities. The room was immaculate and perfectly decorated, not overbearing.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. We had our own private casita with stunning desert and rock views. The entire resort is lovely and walkable. The pools were beautiful and we truly enjoyed our stay here. We have already recommended it to all of our friends. We will definitely be back except this time for a longer stay.

Definitely service oriented staff. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly with a desire to always help the guests. When all you want to do is relax this is the property to visit. Private valet service from Dillon, Eddie and Mike was excellent!

Had a wonderful time at Boulders. The service was generally exceptional except for one small mishap that was resolved relatively quickly. The food was really good. We would 100% for sure return.

Our stay was great! This is the 3rd time we’ve been to the Boulders. This time they had music in the bar and that was fun!
