Stayed 3 nights in April 2026. The owner's were very accommodating to our late night arrival and throughout our stay. Hotel was easy to find. Stayed in a room with 3 beds. Plenty of room for all our stuff and ourselves, extremely clean and the beds are so comfortable. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here anytime in the area. This hotel even still cleans your room daily! Have not seen that at any hotel since Covid.

We got in about 20 minutes before the front counter closed for the night in October. It's getting darker earlier and much colder at night. Our room was nice and toasty when we checked in and got to our room. There was an in room iron and board which was convenient. The guy at the front desk was friendly.

This stay was comfortable and quiet. The coffee was fresh and the linens clean. The single room we stayed in felt like a small form room. Next time, we would get the double queen room for more space. Shower was clean and warm but very small. The hotel was full of guests and we still never heard a sound. The microwave and refrigerator was a blessing. It is a great choice if you need to stay in the Delhi area

I’ve stayed here 3x with no issues check in was pleasant and staff very helpful. . My only suggestion is to have a lock box for early check out keys. I felt bad calling the manager at 6 am to tell him I was checking out early. Other than that suggestion, I will return again with no issue.

Our experience was good. The room was clean, however it just has a distinct smell nothing you can’t handle and i imagine is because is an older motel. The downside to it is that there is not even muffins or donuts in the morning, only coffee and tea but the water was kind of funky looking. Other than that, the reception was pleasant and quick to get us our room.

Property needs lots of updates and repairs. Room was clean but very basic. Bad carpenter work done everywhere. Keurig for coffee in the lobby area. Will not stay here again. Also will never suggest to others.

I didn't like the smell of the place. The lobby and room both smell of overly sprayed room spray. The mini fridge was pretty noisy. The window was open at the top and I didn't notice until the morning. I had put the air conditioner on but it didn't really cool the room, not sure if it was because the window was open.

No hot water, which they sent a text stating they have 2 rooms reserved if we wanted to shower. Beds were very uncomfortable. Woke up with the middle of the bed sunk in so bad.

Toilet bed TV and floor were good but the place is just awful the smell was so bad I had to keep the window open all the time my nose stuffed up so bad and I had a hard time breathing One screen was missing so I could only open one window the bathroom was disgusting Sink was awful and facet just went around with no stop you had to position it a certain way to stop the water. Not cleaned very well. Furniture and bed boards were all chipped up Outside was fill weeds and garbage can was disgusting! The only reason I stayed there is everything was book and a lot of the other hotels were over $700 a night because it was hall of fame weekend!
