This property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. I love the little touches they offer like wine with vintage glasses in your room. If you are into historical homes you will love the atmosphere here. It is also within walking distance of the historic center. The staff was very friendly and made sure I knew about the complimentary wine, soda and cookies after I arrived. I will definitely stay again!

We stayed at Carriage Way Inn for two nights in May. Everything was absolutely perfect. Lisa the manage and the rest of the staff were superb. Attentive, personable, warm, and sweet. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfy. Breakfasts were gourmet, with a different menu every day. Not to mention freshly made coffee and freshly baked cookies every day, and complimentary wine, soft drinks and water available all day. Even sherry at the bedside. Great location and free parking to boot. We definitely recommend Carriage Way Inn!

Beautiful spot for a stay in St Augustine Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We arrived 30 minutes before check in time, but the manager had no issues getting us in a little early. When hearing we were in the area getting married, she left a bottle of champagne in our room which was a very sweet gesture. Our room (Gold room) was wonderful and the jacuzzi tub was perfect after exploring downtown. Our room stayed cool and was very tidy. Breakfast was fantastic. This was by far the best trip we have ever taken together and our stay at Carriage Way was a large part of that. We are already talking about coming back!

Carriage Way Inn is located in historic St Augustine. While our room was small, it was well appointed. The staff was very helpful at suggesting local restaurants and attractions. The included breakfast was very good and substantial. The parking was a bit tight for our large SUV but was included in the room price. We would stay there again.

I recently stayed at the Carriage Way Inn Bed & Breakfast in the Sapphire Room during a trip my daughter and I took together, and we had a lovely overall experience. The room itself was very nice, full of charm, and the bathroom was especially spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really added to the experience. Parking was also very convenient, with ample space located on the side of the house—definitely a plus. The only downside for me was the front porch area. It felt a bit dated and could use some TLC—there were older ceiling fans with visible rust, one of the planters had dead flowers, and the furniture seemed worn. Overall, it’s a charming place with great service, and with a little attention to the outdoor space, it could be even better.

We came in for a night stay in The Gold Room in the cottage, Lisa the GM was very friendly and made sure we were set up since we arrived late. Lisa took the time to walk us to our room, have dinner suggestions and explained the property. Breakfast was fantastic!! We will come and stay again.!

I have never stayed in a B&B before and wasn't sure I would like it. It was such a fantastic experience. The room was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious both days, and the location is right in the middle of everything. The stand out, was the warm friendly staff. They made us feel right at home and helped with our travel ideas. I would highly recommend.

The Inn is very cute and quaint, very small and cozy. It's an older building, being in St Augustine, but it is very well kept and a nice place to rest your head while going around town. Breakfast was a standout, as was the nightly availability of drinks or snacks. Staff was very helpful and we never felt like we didn't have privacy or what we needed.
