The chesterfield inn was just a week after I visited it in 2022. Another memorable 6 night getaway fueled by delicious food, foliage, fireplaces, and the adorable feline yoda. I always enjoy checking into my favorite room across the pond because it will be all mine for the entire week. If a room was ever on the market, I would buy it. That is just that special. This can also be said of everyone working at the Chesterfield inn. They are well-versed in what it takes to make its guests happy and each day they publish a new chapter in the book of hospitality.

I stayed in room 13 with 2 small double beds and it was perfect for a quick getaway to get all the conversation in. We also had dinner at the restaurant on the second night and it was also very tasty. The inn has a tuxedo cat named Yoda who is always around and a nice addition.

Pleasant, well-managed inn in a good location. The room is spacious and well furnished, tea and cookies are available at the reception area, dinner and breakfast were delicious with plenty of choices, and the staff is cheerful and friendly. Yoda the cat wanders around checking that everything is in order. There are nice adirondack chairs for readinggazing out back, and a pathway for a short stroll through a field out. Close to Brattleboro with stores, a beerhouse, etc., reasonably priced and not overpriced for the quality of the establishment. Would happily return.

This is a wonderful experience. Everything about the service is excellent, and the room is warm and well-designed. The sunset views, the fireplace, and the walkways were all wonderful. The food is excellent. My husband loved the blue cheese dressing and the clam chowder the best I've ever had. Breakfast is prepared quickly with daily specials. Very nice location!.

This place is a 10 on the scale. The rooms are clean, and the staff are amazing. Not to mention the chef is one of the best weve ever seen. The owner always gives a nice personal touch upon arrival.
