After a little bit of confusion about the room, everything went very smoothly. The staff was very nice and the room very clean. The room was basic but nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean. There was no microwave, fridge or coffee pot in my room, but breakfast is available downstairs for an additional charge. I had the breakfast and it was good. There is parking on site. Would stay there again.

Our stay was a base for us exploring Wellsboro, Colten Point has a great 1950’s vibe. The room was very nice. It’s not a hotel but it’s not expected to be. It was for the experience, the look on my wife’s face when she got the room key out of the lockbox and it had the room number on the fob was priceless Highly recommended if this is the type of vibe your looking for ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This motel was cozy and conveniently located. The property manager was very friendly, and though not free, breakfast was reasonably priced. I asked ahead and was able to have a nice hot cup of coffee as I watched the sunrise over the pond. Lovely.

It was easy access to our room but room was very small! The room was very neat and clean! Although I would prefer a handrail in the shower and the toilet was shoved up against the wall not allowing enough space for comfort! Very nice people manage the place and breakfast was good for an added cost!
