Second time here and for a second time, this property did not disappoint. From the nice amenities to the helpful and courteous staff, this is a 5 star hotel. Excellent location and plenty of parking! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. No gross smell. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were on the boardwalk so we went for a walk. That was very enjoyable. We didn't try the breakfast but it smelled wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We booked 3 rooms for a large group of family! We thought check in was at 4PM, but we were able to access the rooms as soon as they were cleaned and so were able to access them early as well as the indoor and outdoor pool. Area was safe. Breakfast was included as well and parking. so all these amenities were wonderful. It was right at the boardwalk which is exactly as we wanted and still with all these things a great price. We would definitely stay at this hotel in Ocean city again!!

We had a great stay at Comfort Inn Boardwalk! The location is perfect—right on the boardwalk and close to everything. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great selection, and everything was consistently restocked during breakfast hours. We also loved that complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice, and water were available anytime in the dining area. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

My room did not overlook the beach. The breakfast smelled good and there were a lot of people there every morning. I did not try it because I was unsure of what kitchen it was prepared in. The room got very muggy but when we turned on the air, it was very loud and we could not sleep. Other than that the staff were very nice and the room was clean. It was a good location for the soccer tournament. It was not worth the price though.

Unfortunately we got there at 9:00 pm and we only stayed one night, so we didn't get to really do much at the hotel, but the room was clean, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was good.

The room was clean and the lobby and dining area were also sparkling. The cleaning crew was constantly vacuuming and wiping things down. The lobby staff were very kind and conversational. We came over the last weekend of May and the weather was around 70 degrees. The outdoor pool is not heated so we only used the loungers around it. It’s awesome to see the ocean without having to deal with the sand blowing during not so perfect weather. There is also an indoor heated pool but we chose not to use it. The location is perfect at 5th street on the boardwalk. We found excellent shopping and dining within 3-4 blocks in either direction. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

Rooms were very clean, staff was helpful and kind, from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast bar attendants. Very good location! Only had 2 issues which may not matter to most, the toilets were very low and the pillows were uncomfortable, other then that wonderful experience, and will be our go to from now on

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good for complementary and the provided drinks were also nice. The toiletries in the room are communal which I wish they would provide packaged individual toiletries. The communal body shampoo, conditioner and lotions are not safe to use. In my opinion anyone can tamper with them so they are unusable for my family and I and thankfully we took our own. Our neighbors were very loud and disrespectful a lot of time during our stay. We did not ask the hotel staff to address it. We just tried our best to ignore it overall we had a really nice day. The location is great and our view was wonderful.

We had an excellent stay, the views from oceanfront were amazing, comfortable beds, and pillows. Nice little kitchenette that was perfect. The staff is excellent and super friendly!!!! The hotel is super clean!!! Our only complaint was the water pressure and the water didn’t drain fast in the tub. But that honestly, was nothing. We had an amazing time and plan to come back.

Everything was great and the staff is excellent and very honest! I accidentally left 2 high dollar items in the room upon checkout and they called me shortly after to inform me so I could return to pick them up. Great breakfast choices, our room was very clean and the staff was helpful and nice. Will absolutely stay here again!
