The property was very clean. The bed was very comfortable except for the flat pillows. We had very poor tv for both nights. It was frustrating that we couldn’t watch the nba playoffs on either tv because their satellite had poor reception. The front desk never answers the phone so I went down to the desk and the employee was reading and eating pizza. The second night they didn’t answer because they were folding laundry. With that being said there are limited options in Pikeville(which is a lovely town).

Nope: The floor near the right side of the toilet was very dirty. Little pieces of toilet paper were on the floor. The shower bar for the towel was black and rusty. A person could have cut their hand.

Overall a nice place to stay. 1st night toilet in original room did not work. Employees transferred us to another room quickly. Thank you for that. The 2nd room the water pressure in shower was very low, refrigerator did not work, and the TV kept disconnecting from shows. All the negative was no biggie. Just wanted to give review for improvement. Again overall very nice staff and convenience of stores and restaurants around made up for other stuff needing improvement.

The hotel is newly renovated and some renovations still in progress. Everything would have been 4+ stars with the exception of the door to our room (204) not able to lock as the holes for the door were misaligned. We were able to use the security latch on the inside; however, the deadboat and door catch could not connect to lock. I did notify the front desk when we realized it and they said they'd notate it.

The rooms were surprisingly good, the only noticeable issue was lighting outside the elevator on the third floor had fallen down and was hanging by the wires, and inn my room, the a/c had leaked water onto the carpet by the be. Along with the light as you entered the room was sitting on top of the closet area, not connected. d

Sliding bathroom door was hard to open, beds were very hard, location of toilet paper on holder was very hard to reach. Coffee was disgusting, breakfast was sub par. Staff was very nice and helpful, though.

Way, way, way, over priced for a fishing camp hotel. Price gouging at its best! Terrible location, congested bad. If the price would have been $75.00 a night I would be a little nicer. Sorry not $335 a night because of a concert in town.
