Well, I enjoyed my whole stay. Our room was clean, all linens were clean, the room was perfect. My back was not doing well at all. When I approached the front desk I was huffing and puffing even with my cane. The gentleman that was at the front desk took my info. He was smiley and soft spoken. I asked where to go for dinner. He explained. We were not disapointed at all. When we got into our room everything was great. I turned to go into the bathroom and I was surprised. I am sure the gent at the desk figured this room would be a plus for me. It was! The shower was a flat walk-in with a place to sit while showering. I have never used facilities like this. It was so nice. So I think that the gent at the desk decided to put me in this room for comfort. Thank you!! Well, breakfast was a good choice of food. Again everything was clean and orderly. The whole staff was wonderful. We are home now, but my back is still bad. Thank you comfort Inn. I am sure we will be back.

Pet friendly and nice green area to walk them. Set back off the road so very quiet. No snack or drink’s available but you could walk to the convenience store across the street.

Quick stay for a last-minute ski trip to Hunter mountain. Clean room. Breakfast room was clean and well organized. The only negative is coffee was watery and the price is a little high. Thumbs up for the consistency of the brand.

We'll definitely stop the next time we come through. We stayed here late with our kids. It was off the highway. The front desk personnel were incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave and they were nice. Breakfast was free and very good. The manager asked if I needed anything and was helpful. I normally stay at Hilton or somewhere like that, but we were just as happy here.

We stopped here late with our children. It was just off the highway. The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The mattress was comfortable. I would like to give a special mention to larry at the front desk when we checked in, who was incredibly competent, helpful, and kind!! Cons the toilet was dirty, with its rim covered in dried urine. It was impolite. Fortunately, the lovely larry at the front desk came right away to remove it and apologized greatly. The building is relatively thin, making the noise from those sitting up on the steps very loud at dawn. The morning desk personnel was not disguised. Some unidentified visitors were coming in, with one of them talking to the morning staff without requesting that he cover up. The internet was terrible, the let and og were inaccessible, and the phone was unreliable. Due to these factors, we were unable to make our dinner delivery difficult. Advantages The beds and linens were lovely and clean. The linens were enormous, new, and generously sized.

Since we can depend on the quality of these comfort inns when they are close by, my husband and I will travel across the country and stay at them wherever we can because of their availability. We ended up in saugerties after driving all day. This comfortable inn is on the first floor of the hotel. We decided to leave because almost all of them were packed, and the majority were around half as much. For the tax-free room, it cost 214. Everything was up to their normal high standards.

We had a block of rooms with 7 adults and 8 kids three generations, we stayed several nights. We all felt at home despite our different ethnicities thanks to her knowledge of the area, professionalism, and sense of humor. The reception lady Catherine while working the front desk, answering the phone, and checking out remained like real guests, making everyone in our family feel like real guests, creating waffles to order for the kids. Every visitor to the dining area, fresh coffee, sanitized tables among guests, Saturday suggested the village in July festivities for the family on Sunday, and on Monday morning, she worked again serving all generations of our family with respect and humor. We will without a doubt come back to the Saugerties Comfort Inn.

I like that the bathrooms and rooms were updated. The reception put us in a room close to the pool which was really nice. The pool was nice too, there were enough towels. The hotel lost water when we were there, which was unfortunate, but the staff and crew were helpful and it came back on intermittently for the rest of our stay. The only downside when we were there was that the breakfast was super limited (some pale burger patties and DIY waffle), the juice machine was broken, there was no milk or coffee creamer. The man in the front desk did not even care to look for a substitute, just flat out told us there was nothing. He just stood there checking his phone the whole time and wasn't really interested in giving people service. He looked like he hated his job.
