Most of the staff were outstanding! There was one gentleman working the late shift who should be let go.

Room was nowhere close to clean. We came back to the hotel around 12:00 a.m., and the lobby was closed. We were not informed about this at check-in. We called the number on the notice posted on the lobby door, but no one answered. As we walked around the property, we eventually found another entrance where we could use our room key to get in. It would have been helpful if this had been mentioned at check-in.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and tidy, the breakfast was excellent, and the overall decor and attention to detail were superb. I would definitely stay here again.

Here’s a polished, enhanced version of your hotel review—warm, genuine, and professional: ⸻ The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was warm, cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. What stood out most was how easy the staff was to talk to—they made every arrangement or change effortless and were truly accommodating. A wonderful stay all around!

All was good. Second time we've stayed there. Only problem is not great with electronics & TV was a little challenging to operate. Figured out most of it except raising the volume.

What we liked: excellent breakfast, handle bars in shower. What could improve: bigger sign on street to show location. Sign is not very visible. We used Google Get You Lost to find the hotel and it directed us into next door McDonalds.

We were on the road on a no destination vacation and stopped for the night. The property was clean, quiet and felt very safe. But the best part was the service and friendly attitude of the staff. Would definitely would stay there again.
