This review focuses primarily on finding a hotel in Dallas with a nice whirlpool tub that is truly suitable for two people and doesn't have overly friendly owners that make you uncomfortable. I've spent a number of years looking for one, and I believe we figured it out very well. Let's move on to the evaluation! 1. The hotel needs renovation and management has acknowledged it and stated that it was delayed due to couid. Having said that, the hotel was well maintained, and the amenities were all fully functional under the circumstances. We booked two king suite rooms on the ground floor, and these rooms were tidy and wellkept but of course seemed a little worn out. 2. We had to stack some of the packaged bars of soap on top to quiet the noise because the whirlpool tub had missing covers for the outside air vents. But given that we have not been able to locate a good whirlpool tub room in Dallas in the past, this is no problem for us at all. The soap did its job. The tub filled quickly, worked like a charm, the temperature was great, and was delightful. 3. The base of the room door has a fairly large gap, allowing light from the hallway and vice versa. I have been staying at this location for years and I really like the room and service. I will continue to use Choice. I want to thank the staff for being so helpful and pleasant as always. I will remain here whenever I have a chance. Thanks once more for a wonderful stay!.

We had a decent three-night stay this week, but there were a few minor blips. The front desk personnel was always courteous and accommodating to whatever we required. When I arrived after making the reservation, they let me see the suite, which my family who accompany me frequently sees before paying for. However, they did not charge me for the room until I checked out. I assumed the charges had already been paid, but did not until the day we checked out after three nights. Due to the fact that a bill charge came unannounced or unexpectedly from a bill I had agreed upon a particular date, I had to use another credit card. The front desk began calling at 11 a.m. about running the card, and when they ran too many times the bank locked the card until I called after breakfast. Although the front desk manager was helpful, we were trying to sleep a bit earlier than our upcoming three-day business stop. My wife and I slept on the large bed in the suite, and my little son slept on the hideaway sofa bed. The water was extremely chilly because the pool is outside. We only stayed about 20 minutes because it was just too cold for our tastes. There are numerous snacks, drinks, and microwave meals available at the market pantry right next to the front desk. In need of renovations, believe we may have booked while they were updating. Pool was ice cold, getting towels was a pain. Weird since they have an indoor pool. Staff are excellent, breakfast was good, rooms had a wet carpet odor, AC very loud.

Broken glass and trash in the parking lot. Waited over 10 mins for attendant to come to. The counter to check us in, they then proceeded to be on the phone the whole time. Overwhelming smell of cleaning prodicts in the lobby, and boday odors in the room. Rooms were not as pictured, bathroom was dirty and damanged and. fan made alot of noise.

The online pictures presented clean well maintained rooms. The actual room was FILTHY! Hair was in the bed. Mold was in the shower. The carpet in the hallways was FILTHY. The room smelled wet and OLD! The air didn’t work very well and made the room humid! Three of us checked in the room for the night. There was 3 bath towels and one face towel in the room. When asked for more face towels, I was told I had to walked down the stairs from the forth floor to get more face towels because this was not a full service hotel. The elevator was out as well! Never again. The ONLY reason I didn’t leave is because we had been at the hospital all day~14 hours and had a two hour drive home
