This place doesn't look much from outside, but the room was very pretty and perfectly adequate for our one night stay. We had read some bad reviews, so our expectations were not high, we booked it for the location, being close to Woodbury Common. However, we were pleasantly surprised as we thought it was good value for the price, and even included a basic breakfast. We had cereal and toast with juice and coffee…..a perfectly acceptable start to the day. Free wifi is provided and is always appreciated and when I stayed in a 4 star hotel in Manhattan and a 5 star in Las Vegas, we had to pay extra for wifi (a disgrace in 2015!).

Great staff and location. Had 2 rooms but one of them had missing light bulbs and there were none at the front desk for replacement. Drinks and food machines didn't work. Good sleep ànd nice breakfast.

The room I stayed in (only for a night) was very spacious and clean. The beds are big and comfy. The hotel is located very close to Woodbury Commons. It's a great location if you want to maximize your shopping time at Woodbury. Would recommend this for a quick stay!

It was only a 2 minutes drive to the Woodbury common outlets and along the slight uphill there is a petrol kiosk. Very convenient and good view and not pricey.

Check in and check out was smooth and quick. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was the perfect size and firmness. The mini fridge was a larger size. There was a microwave conveniently located in the room, and lots of channels to choose from on the television including HBO.

We stayed one night when visiting Woodbury Common Outlets. Impossible to find the address on Garmin GPS. Luckily enough I had picked up a leaflet with a small map at the outlet. Very near the big road but we never heard anything. We liked the room on the top floor, two comfy beds with big fridge, microwave and big flatscreen TV. Free Wifi, worked well during our stay. With a simple breakfast at a decent price for the room we found it to be value for money. Only problem was the wc, the stupid American model with a great bowl which fills with water when you flush and then starts spinning round everything (paper, water etc) and is supposed to drain the bowl at the end. Of course it didn´t... Although very little paper was used the water flowed over the brim and out on the bathroom floor. Gross. European toilets use an other system and never clog.

The room was suitable for its purpose. The continental breakfast was not always ready before I left in the morning which was around 5:30am. For commuting purposes I think it should be ready @ 5am for those that go into the city. Other than that everything else was fine. The price was a little high for an ordinary hotel in my opinion but it was the cheapest for the area.
