There were towels for only 1 person. Had wait at front desk several minutes for someone to show up to get assistance. Please know that you only receive room service if you are there for 3 nights. It was a family trip and I to keep all 3 rooms kept as well as purchase towels and cleaning supplies from Walmart because it seemed to inconvenience the front desk staff. However, there was a maintenance gentleman on staff that went out his way to help me. I didn't get his name, but his attitude, smile, demeanor, and professionalism was very pleasing.

The rooms were clean. Had to be moved because of construction noise but it was nice even with the construction going on. Love the indoor pool. Outside sitting area could be cleaner and I wish they served breakfast. Overall friendly, helpful staffand new rooms are nice. Best stay I have had in awhile at a hotel.

The staff here are always so helpful and wonderful. The beds are comfortable. You get a peaceful sleep and the check in and out processes are smooth. Every time I'm in the area, I make it a point to stay here. I have yet to be disappointed by anything.

Habitación completamente limpia, el personal Muy atento; el bar deficiente, una sola persona cocina y sirve bebidas, no tienen suficientes copas para servir lo q ofrecen y no se lo hacen saber al cliente. Tuvimos la mala experiencia con una persona de recepción q quiso apoyar al encargado del bar, bastante ruda y pesada, como si te hace un favor el q te está haciendo; fuera de ese incidente, si recomiendo el hotel!!!!

Clean staff and front desk accommodated me with everything I needed and sum….. worker love them very nice and let us know actually what we needed to know man at the bar was new and needed advice because I worked at a casino I let him know what he needed and how to really make his drink I feel that they need to really learn how to make drinks so that we wouldn’t have to go somewhere else to get them but he was new and I couldn’t complain he did what he could ….. and he helped us with our orders and very friendly nice and very quick on his feet to his age but overalll a GREAT EXPERIENCE WILL BE BACK SOON

I booked this Marriott because of consistently good past experiences, but this stay was a major disappointment. The room felt more like a Motel 6. The air conditioner did not work and made an extremely loud noise. Instead of fixing the issue, I was given a dusty fan, which was unacceptable since I have allergies. The room remained very hot, and after driving over six hours, we were unable to get any sleep. This was clearly a maintenance issue and not the fault of the front desk staff, who were polite but limited in what they could do.
