The staff were fantastic. Aaron, the manager made sure our stay was stress-free and comfortable. Melissa was a pure joy to be served by in the mornings and afternoon. Heather and Jordan took great care of our booking and anything we needed. Will start here exclusively, again.

The hotel and rooms are very clean! We did have a couple issues with our room, 403. Our sink leaked when the cold water was on, leading to needing lots of towels on the floor before we realized what was happening. We just didn’t use the cold water side, only the warm water and it was fine. No big deal and we let staff know. However, at about 10:00 that night, we heard water in our bathroom and found there was a leak from around the vent/fan in the ceiling. We called maintenance and they were there within a minute. Not sure what happened other than it was raining pretty hard outside, had been all day, maybe a roofing issue? Anyway, front desk staff showed up and moved us to a larger room down the hall. A minor inconvenience but the hotel staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. We were only there for a night so it was not a major issue. We would definitely stay here again, even with our room issue. Our second room was perfect. It’s right beside the Tanger Outlets and close to many restaurants so a great location.

Room and common areas were very clean and welcoming. Towels and amenities were very nice. Sheets for coach bed were too big but we made it work. Breakfast was a separate fee and you order off a menu- it had nice choices and was good my son enjoyed his Mickey pancake.
