The staff was VERY nice and efficient. No waiting. Geeeted me every time i went in and out. The room as spotless and well appointed with a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The coffee was not my taste though. That's alright because theres a starbucks downstairs. I had on the do not disturb sign and no one bothered me. The entire hotwl was quiet. Excellent stay.

When we first checked in, i think the staff was overwhelmed by the party that was happening in the conference room and bar area. We were originally given a room on the 2nd floor. When we got to the room, you could tell that housekeeping hadn't stepped foot in that room from the prior guests stay. We went back to the front desk and explained the situation, and they gave us a different room on the 3rd floor. When we entered that room, it was very clean and exactly what we had expected. We had planned on enjoying supper there, but with the event that was taking place we decided to go elsewhere. We had purchased the breakfast in advance, while booking our room. The next morning, we went to the lobby to order our breakfast and to our surprise they were hosting a church service downstairs. We waited in line to order breakfast for approximately 45 minutes and then continued to wait for our food another 20 minutes. If we had known this, we definitely would've gotten food elsewhere and not purchased breakfast in advance. We decided to visit the pool before checking out. The pool was small and about 60-degree water temperature, so not much time was spent there. The outdoor are with the firepit was nice. The reason I am 4 stars for this hotel.. The staff was very polite and addressed our room issue properly. The barista was very apologetic for our wait time to order. The check out time is noon, which you rarely find these days. The outdoor area and the location deserve 5 stars.

Staff was fantastic! Loved our room and wifi was stable for work! However, we had dirty wine glasses in our room which was a complete turnoff. Also did not enjoy breakfast as much. Expected a spread of serve-yourself breakfast items, but breakfast was made to order. Which was great in theory, but the breakfast sandwich served did not match the value expected. It is as if Marriott went cheap on ingredients and made a $6 sandwich… but per the receipt the sandwich + black coffee was worth $13… no way! Disappointed with breakfast altogether.

The hotel was beautiful. Staff was very friendly. However, it was obvious the room had been quickly cleaned before we checked in. The glasses by the ice bucket were very dirty. There was clothes from the previous guest left. Other than that. A great stay.

My initial room was not cleaned properly. The bed looked wrinkled and like the maid just remade it from the previous guest. The towels looked used and refilled to try and look new. No makeup remover supplies like in the second room. A dirty bathroom sink with makeup and hair. The front desk was very kind and was able to give me another room that was properly cleaned and turned around for the next guest. But the hassle of changing rooms late at night with all my things was exhausting and unnecessary. The water in the giant water dispenser in the lobby did not taste right.

Would never stay here. For the experience here, will NEVER stay at anymore marriotts. The lady who works there is a complete liar, company gives you the run around, and don’t know how to respond in a timely manner. I suggest a better hotel… this is not it.
