I stayed here for business meetings. The location is also good as close to my business meeting. The staff here is also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. It has a bad snowstorm during the night and morning on my first day during my stay. All day but it's still at 6:15 am. Don't complain about that.

Overall, I believe this could have been a fantastic stay. We stayed here for a long weekend in August. The lobby is stunning, and the staff is extremely courteous. The rooms are roomy, and the mattresses are cozy. There are many eateries close by. It was disappointing that there were no microwaves in the rooms. Nevertheless, ours had a little fridge. The air conditioner functioned the first night. After that, it was erratic. They attempted to fix it, but the temperature in the room never dropped below 73. We phoned the front desk on Saturday night to inform them that the toilet was not flushing. The toilet was still not flushing properly when we returned from supper, particularly when we got back very late. One of the family members used the toilet, and it refused to flush at all. We called the front counter at 8 a. M. and requested that it be repaired. The front desk employee stated that maintenance would be completed by 11 a. M. It is really unacceptable. She was unable to recall any conversations or records of the toilet the night before. She claimed there was no available public restroom on the ground floor because they were sold out. It was made public on the back wall of the shower, with an adhesive that was stuck on. There is occasional coffee in the lobby in the morning and occasionally not. I'm not certain what the schedule is,

It was in the old town and a great location for this hotel. The bed was cozy and the staff was pleasant. However, I've been traveling in several married chain hotels over the past couple of weeks, staying in various hotels, and this is the first one to provide no food for breakfast, no food vouchers, and not even coffee in the lobby. Our hotel room was on the north side. Unfortunately, till 2 am, you could hear the beat of the music from the adjacent nightclub. The fan on the wall ac did have a fan which benefited a little, but the fan was also very noisy. Fortunately, only stayed here for one night and continued on my tour. Had a nicer night's sleep at a different Marriott chain property in another city.

The location is great, there are a lot of restaurants right next to old chicago pizza and a pumphouse. As the trains go by, I swear to god every 5 minutes, so take care on the west side. The parking is also convenient. This courtyard is pretty typical. I have remained here before simply because of its location, as there aren't many hotel options in downtown Chicago. The air purifier in the room is the new novelty this time. Breakfast had just recommenced, and it cost 9 dollars a plate. I was unable to earn breakfast credits as a longtime fan. The fitness center is a major plus with a number of cardio machines and two different weight combinations. This facility has multiple cardio machines and two sets of weights.
