This hotel is in a fantastic position, we have stayed in multiple hotels close to the providence place mall and will undoubtedly return. We had a corner room near the water place, the view was great and the additional windows were very nice. The view will definitely be different depending on where your room is. The room has smart to with many steaming services, you have to have your own login, which is very nice. Beds were extremely soft, super comfortable and comfortable. Plenty of outlets. The bathroom was very simple and old. We were on the back side of the building on floor 3, so yes it is noisy from the street traffic, but having stayed at 2 other hotels inside. Miles from this one you can hear the city traffic. We didn't mind this. There is a small market with drinks and snacks in the lobby. There is a bistro but we didn't get anything there. We enjoyed this hotel and have read reviews and stayed in many nearby hotels, I was a bit nervous about staying here, but was pleasantly surprised and 100 would stay here again. The inside and outside are pleasant and secure. Parking on site is excellent. For a fee, you can park outside right outside the lobby, this is convenient and a real treat in the city. This isn't a valet, which I personally preferred because we didn't have to wait for our car at any point

I will stay with them whenever I visit Providence again. Before we left for New England Patriots practice, my brother and I traveled to providence to stay. Since we had tickets for the overnight train that night, we were meant to store our belongings at the astray station, which we had to do. When we came to the station, we were told that we could not store our belongings because they were understaffed. We were essentially left in a tough spot because we were unable to take them on the train to the patriots game. When I called the downtown Marriott courtyard, I explained the situation to Pablo. He said to bring the belongings, and he took care of everything. After returning from the game, the bags were returned to us. When we were left high and dry by astray, Pablo and the courtyard went above and beyond to assist us. Their rating is five out of five.
