Very quiet stay, the room was very spacious and clean. The maid service was great, the wifi was strong but it went down and wasn't able to connect to the internet which was not a problem. And the property was close to all the shops, very convenient. It was a great vacation stay, will definitely be back to stay again.

We stayed on the opposite side of the creek from the office. It was nice and quiet… loved sitting on the balcony listening to the movement of the creek and the ducks. You do have to drive over to the office for the free breakfast, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. We will stay at Creekside Inn again!

We had a great stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well cared for. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options each morning. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying next to the creek and enjoying the sounds of the water in the evening. Except for the smoker on the below deck it was awesome.

Room, Balcony, staff, and breakfast were great! Room was clean and we really liked the layout. Gave everyone their own space and a little privacy. The private balcony over looking the river was so nice, relaxing, and huge selling point to us. Unfortunately the ice machine on our floor was out of service, however you could go to another floor to get ice. The free breakfast bar was delicious and had so many options. Something for everyone. The two women taking care of the breakfast area are so nice and work very hard to keep everything stocked. Pool area (deck, tables, lounges)were very clean. Pool did have a few tiles missing, but the pool was still nice to use on a hot day. We also enjoyed being able to get in the river and float. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

Everything was great, the only complaint was the coffee maker. It didn't work right. But the hotel along the creek was beautiful. Walking distance to restaurants, and other attractions. We would consider staying here again.

Very lovey hotel; stayed a week. Quiet, clean, soundproof rooms. Excellent AC and water pressure in the shower. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, very much southern hospitality. Breakfast is good. Pool is nice. Parking is very easy and safe. The balconies overlooking the creek are excellent. Amazing location between Gatlinburg and all the major attractions in Pigeon Forge. I recommend fully and will return next year.

The manager a man was there everyday all day and always available to answer any questions we had! (Which we had many questions about directions on where to go around town) excellent customer service! Also we called the front desk for a minor issue with our sink draining slowly and a plumber came within the hour to fix it / what a great surprise to see someone come so quickly totally satisfied with everything - will go back

Excellent location quiet. Free tubing. View of river from balcony was perfect. Beds were large and comfortable. Room clean. Had bathroom as divider like having two separate rooms. Breakfast was excellent, staff served food and continually asked if we needed anything. Food choice was good and fresh. Best breakfast ever had at any hotel stay. Would definitely stay there again

other than parking being a problem, everything was very clean, loved the room and the beautiful view of the creek. breakfast was decent had a variety of food. i would definetly stay there again
