The housekeeping staff at the hotel is great! Even though we just stayed only 2 nights the staff made sure she changed the toiletries and clean the room and made the bed for us even though we did not explicitly ask for it. The hotel was clean, staff is very friendly and the indoor waterpark and arcade gaming area were great additions for the kids and adults both! I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here if i travel to Mackinaw city again!

This room was amazing! The nicest that my kids have ever seen before. Booking through Expedia helped make it greatly affordable. The front desk was very helpful and the hotel itself was clean. The waterpark was a huge perk and the fact that you could go to the other waterpark down the road also made it even more fun for the kids.

The room offered a kitchenette, but there were absolutely no dishes or utensils. The waterpark small children’s area was over run with teenagers, our small children were unable to play in it. Pool water was very cloudy, chemicals were very off.

The staff was AMAZING, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. We did not have breakfast in town. But dinner and drink were good at Dixie. The hot tub in the room was amazing after a cold day on the island. The parking lot is in need of repair. The room needed to be swept better. There was food behind a night stand. I did not report it due to it wasn't a huge problem for us since we didnt have smaller kids of pets. The hot tub had some dirt in jets. Should probably clean more during room cleanings. Thank you for a great stay Crown Choice!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! Our suite was incredibly spacious and offered plenty of room for our entire family to feel comfortable. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which truly makes a difference. This hotel is one of our favorites in Mackinaw City, and we happily return about twice a year.

We've come back to this hotel multiple times , we love it ! The indoor water park , pool and hot tub are great! Even a game room and pool table. We've been during rhe summer and winter, and its always great. The only thing I wish they still had is a continental breakfast. They used to have it, and they have a very spacious dinning area. All in all, our family highly recommends!

Clean room. Hallway was super cold tho. We loved the pool and big hot tub. The water park was super cold. Almost too cold!! We only let our littles play for a few minutes in the water park area...

Everything was great besides the waterpark and pool area was cold , it was cold and snowy outside I understand but they need to turn the water up some and the heat on . That is the main reason I stayed at this place . My grandkids were very cold in the water .
