I strongly recommend this place. We stayed one night and needed extra blankets and towels, which were quickly provided by the friendly staff. There was a small breakfast provided in the lobby with freshly brewed coffee available. It was very clean and we had no issues. Body products are minimal, so bring your own body wash, shampoo, and conditioner if there are more than one person in the room. If you get hungry or forget anything, there is a nice and clean dollar general right next door you can walk to. Phone signal is poor in the area, but they provide free wifi.4.4/523 Apr 2023

I should have known that cheap doesn't always equal quality. Deerfield Inn is rated 8.8 on one booking website. However, as I discovered the next day, all the good reviews were on the first page or two. Believe me, I will look further in the future! To begin with, we arrived at an old mother and pops outdated looking establishment with somewhere between 25 and 30 rooms. When we went to check in, the clerk did not stutter or welcome us. We asked to see the room and she took us down without saying a word. The room appeared clean and I was exhausted from driving 9 mph so I took the room. We asked for additional cushions, which she never brought us back. I asked when breakfast started to allow us to leave early. She said 6 to 8 am. We were packed and ready to go when we got 10 to 15 minutes, but the office and breakfast were tightly locked, the lights were out! So we had to wait for the weekend to find a place for breakfast. I found it interesting that online it said only one room was still accessible, but it appeared like only 5 or 6 cars were in the parking lot. I couldn't sleep at night and had to keep looking out the window because I could hear people outside. This place is not recommended. Deerfield Inn is an old-fashioned Motor Lodge. But it's clean, the bed is comfortable, and the management is an excellent example of small-town hospitality.4.2/516 Dec 2022

It was cheaper than the rest because the reviews were positive. I gave it a try, and I am glad I did. The room was spotless and wellkept. The mattress was comfortable, and the bed linens were clean and nice. The only drawbacks are that I would have preferred firmer pillows, but thats just a matter of personal preference, and the refrigerator didnt turn on when we came, so there was a nasty odor. But these are minor inconveniences for me, so since I saved $40, I was fine with it. The front desk personnel was extremely welcoming. I would undoubtedly return to this hotel.Popular Facilities
