The DoubleTree was clean and very quiet. The hot tub was amazing. Breakfast was a nice spread and I was glad I paid ahead for it. The room could have used a footstool for the easy chair. The museum-type displays were extremely beautiful and informative.

Loved the courtyard, but on the first floor I was not very secure from it and could not leave my curtains open. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay! Great food, also!

Carla, front desk was so welcoming, knowledgeable of the area, personality plus and service oriented. A great person who loves what she does and her positive ways are contagious. A very sweet woman in housekeeping helped me move the luggage carrier up the elevator to my room. Everyone at this hotel get 5 stars for their kind ways and service. My only two complaints are: ice machine inoperable on my floor; the tv service package was limited, such as I couldn't access MSNBC and CNN.

This was a great hotel for a conference I was attending! The room was clean and comfortable, the food was great, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, all of the A/V systems in the conference rooms worked seamlessly, and there's an adjacent TGI-Friday's so you don't have to go off-property for a meal if you don't want to. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
