I had a fantastic experience! The hotel boasts an unbeatable location, putting everything within walking distance. The staff (David) were exceptionally friendly and attentive from check-in to check-out. Our room was quite compact, but it was comfortable and well designed. I would definitely stay here again!

Wir waren wirklich sehr begeistert von der Unterkunft. Sie liegt absolut zentral zur Penn Station, aber auch zu Fuß erreicht man alle wichtigen Punkte (relativ) schnell und einfach. Trotz Lage zum Times Square hat man sich vor dem Hotel sicher gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist aufgrund seiner Lage bei geöffnetem Fenster recht laut, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Wer mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen kann, hat hier ein absolut ruhiges Zimmer in zentraler Lage. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ich war anlässlich meines Geburtstages dort und habe eine wunderschöne Überraschung auf dem Zimmer gehabt (vielen Dank dafür!) und ein Zimmer mit Blick auf das Empire State Building erhalten.

Decent hotel, nice and clean the staff was really nice and professional unlike other NYC hotels. David in he front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The rooftop restaurant was also nice to get a quick bite and enjoy a drink overseeing the city .

Honestly I thought I wasn’t going to have a good experience with this hotel because prior to my arrival everytime I would call I would get placed on hold and the staff wouldn’t come back to the phone…BUT….. when we arrived the staff was so nice and accommodating we were able to to early check in the room was clean and beds comfortable and the cookies were delicious! Would definitely stay her again. Once I arrived I see why I was on hold for so long because the front desk stays busy! But the hotel was awesome would definitely stay here again when we return

This was our first time in NY, so we really had no idea on where to stay location wise when we booked the hotel. When we first arrived and checked in, I was abit worried because it seemed really busy outside the hotel, and our room was on the 2nd floor, overlooking the street outside. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was, you barely heard the noise from the street, infact the noises from inside the room were louder (I.e. the aircon), and we were right near the lift so we could also hear that (this wasnt an issue for us though). I did bring ear plugs for sleeping, I would recommend brining some if your a light sleeper or need complete silence to sleep. The room was also really clean and it was cleaned each day which was nice and unexpected. The staff were all really attentive and were happy to answer all our questions. They also booked us a private taxi back to the airport which I would recommend doing, especially if your planning on getting a yellow cab. The private hire was much better and didnt cost much more. The roof top bar was a nice touch, it was really chilled, and was nice after a long day sightseeing. Hotel location was perfect for us...on time square without being too close to the main part. We walked everywhere and we found the it was perfect for us and within reasonable walking distance, but if walking isnt your thing then there is a subway station a short walk away. Would stay again!

Great location right next to Penn Station, but removed just enough so that it’s not dirty in front of or around the hotel. Lovely rooftop bar - worth enjoying if you’re visiting during the warm months of the year. Room was quiet and blackout curtains worked well. The one and only inconvenience was the design of the shower stall - water flows over the lip easily and onto the main floor (would end up with a puddle by the end of the shower).
