Many parents find themselves needing a place to stay in Coshocton with children tournaments happening at Kids America. With twins in volleyball and husband and wife traveling to a weekend tournament, we decided to get a two double bed room connected to a separate queen room for the parents. The property is the quietest and most convenient option for Kids America tournaments. Very affordable, clean, nice staff, quiet, convenient—don’t hesitate to book whether it’s a tournament or visit to Roscoe Village.

We loved the nostalgia of the old hotel. Coshocton is my hometown, so my husband of 36 years and I loved visiting Coshocton after 12 years. Great Hotel, very nice staff.

Room 20. Great Value. Pricing was perfect. My age - mid 60's.4 Stars as no motel is 5 stars. Basic motel to lay your head and get a hot shower if you don't plan to vacation at the motel - no bar, pool, spa, gym room, or breakfast. Older motel in a courtyard set up. Clean/neat room, AC, hot shower, comfortable bed, quiet. Had WiFi, a microwave, small fridge which I did not use. Very basic cable - don't expect a 600 channel variety. Did not require service so did not leave any rating, but check-in and out was friendly and easy. All your favorite fast foods/stores are nearby and Walmart is not far away. Nice old historic city if you do some sightseeing. Would stay here again.

This is a very nice, clean, but basic budget motel. It is independently owned and run by a family, and they do a very good job of keeping the rooms clean, comfortable and in good condition. They have renovated it well, the bathrooms are in notably good shape. Amenities are limited, the room has a TV and refrigerator. There is nothing in the way of things like complimentary coffee setup, shampoo, (soap and disposable plastic cups are provided, )etc. and there is no ice machine on premises that I could find. Given the budget price, this did not bother me, I have stayed here twice and it was good both times, I carry a cooler and get my own ice. I'll stay here again the next time I'm in Coshocton.

Helen was very very kind and welcoming!!! The one major change as it gets cold is to let guest know the heat will SLOWLY come on. Not so good: 1. Telephone cords were a tripping hazard!!! 2. Blanket could be kept in the room? 3. Blanket has cigarette holes. 4. MOLD MILDEW IN FRONT OFFICE SHOULDN’T BE. HELEN OR OTHERS WHO MANAGE THE FRONT OFFICE SHOULD NOT BE BREATHING BAD AIR!!! Please correct the mildew MOLDY issue !!!

Retro look and feel, but clearly very well maintained. ( Grout in shower nice and white), no peeling paint on shower ceiling. Slight musty smell.

This place is right on the outskirts of the city. The price is right at 48 dollars tax, but the location is quite old, like 1950s. Pink green tiles in the bathroom. The room smells musty and the ac lacks a front panel. Reasonably clean and we had a good night's sleep.

I was very disappointed. The price is right, but the location is so old, like the 1950 s. The bathroom has pink green tile. The room smelled musty and the air conditioner didn't have a front panel. Overall very clean and we got a good night's sleep. Located right on the edge of the downtown area as the name says.

While visiting Coshocton for work, I stayed at the downtown motel for several weeks. The hotel's size surprised me. They come with a fridge and a microwave. The rooms had new paint, new carpet, and fresh, clean linen. The service at the centre of my stay was the best part. The manager and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. They made sure everything was to my liking and warned me not to worry if there was anything they could do to assist. If you have any questions about where to find something in town or where to eat, the manager will undoubtedly assist you in the right direction. My stay at the center can only be described as excellent, and the next time I visit Coshocton, this will be where I stay.
