The breakfast is good, except they could change it up a little each day. I love that they have a fountain machine and I can get my soft drink. The relax and eat at night is wonderful. The hotel is clean and well maintained from what I could tell. The room was very nice. It was right off the higway, so easy to get around.

The staff was very nice and professional. Very nice clean and remodeled facility and the food and complimentary drinks after check in was great. Free parking and safe surroundings. Pete from the front desk was very nice along with staff in the dining area. Plus they promptly unclogged the bathroom sink. The beds and pillows were very good.

We had an excellent stay at the Drury Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything met or exceeded our expectations. What really stood out, however, was the front desk staff. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel appreciated as guests. Traveling with family can sometimes be stressful, but the staff made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with outstanding customer service. Thank you to the entire team for a great stay!

Absolutely wonderful experience, my first stay at a Drury Inn, and I get the hype now! Will definitely seek out this brand again! Check in was smooth, Chyna checked me in, she asked if it was my first time at Drury, and was informative about hotel amenities. There were 2 agents checking in guests. The lobby was beautiful, spacious, and welcoming, with free soda and popcorn for guests. I had room 421, which was a bit noisy at times, as it faced the highway. In my room, it was clean, comfortable, especially the 2 queen beds, although they each only had 3 pillows. Also the lamp by the window did not work. The hotel was very busy but I did not hear noise from other guests and there was plenty of parking! The evening dinner provided was a great feature of this property, on this evening there was pulled pork sliders, a salad area, hot dogs, beans, nachos, soda, up to 3 included alcoholic drinks, baked potato, and chili! I filled up for dinner and then went to Kings Island, only 10 minutes away. The bathroom was clean, the shower had excellent water pressure, the shampoo and shower gel was full, and towels were great quality. Overall, I am glad I tried this hotel, I have stayed at different properties when in the area, and would definitely return to this one! From the included dinner, the excellent breakfast in the morning with several delicious options, the drinks, and comfortable rooms, it was a fantastic stay, beautiful property, and fantastic value!
