Since going to college here, my parents have visited sol twice as frequently, and they've been in several hotels. During my years here, we attended college and found it to be rather challenging to find a hotel. The happy hour is quite enjoyable for us, and we are incredibly adored the drug. The really interesting thing is that the service is great and the service gives you the impression you're staying at the Ritz. One of the team managers, Robyn, went above and beyond for us to make us feel at home! The Drug is the place to go if you're out of town.

I was in town for a womens christian conference. I had only been there once years ago. We conference was close by and I wanted to be near the arch, so I chose this location next to the arch. Since I have stayed in drug hotels before, I am aware that they are excellent, but this was the finest I have ever been in! I enjoy traveling and the staff here is outstanding. Everyone, particularly the helpful and attentive staff serving breakfast and dinner. Always a grin and a kind word! Keep in mind that they offer a delicious free hot breakfast buffet with fluffy biscuits, gravy, fantastic scrambled eggs, sausage juice, oatmeal cereals and oatmeal. I was quite pleased. After that, we walked back to the conference for a break where they served hot and delectable popcorn, pop or coffee and then we had another breakfast at 530, so we headed back and had a sizable, delectable dinner buffet. If you wanted one, you could drink it too! Who is this? Despite the fact that some restaurants provide free breakfast, not all the other surprises are contained! How could anyone remain anywhere else? Not even a few rooms were spotless, comfy beds, and pillows. We have a wonderful experience while staying at this hotel. We have a beautiful view of the arch and a breathtaking sunrise. I would recommend this hotel and request a side view of the arch if you want to get a beautiful view.

My family had an amazing time at this hotel. It is a 15-minute walk from the old courthouse and is accessible on foot from Busch Stadium for most people. We traveled to Busch Stadium for a nightgame and felt safe walking back and forth from the hotel. Despite its prime location, the service is what truly elevates this location. The staff is very service-oriented and each staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. When I checked in, the computer went down, and the front desk clerk offered me free parking for the entire stay for $25 per day to make up for the few minutes I had to wait. I believe the manager is a woman, I believe her name was Alexandra. She must reside there! She was almost always in the lobby greeting people, checking if people needed anything, and always smiling. She offered to push the elevator button several feet away when my hands were full a small thing but appreciated. When we had a problem with the housekeeping service, she intercepted me before I arrived at the reception desk, which had a short line from the elevator and handled it immediately, and deposited rewards points into my account. The food items were always wellstocked and there was plenty of seating in the charming lobby area. The view from this hotel is incredible as it is directly facing the arch. And then, the employee is great and actually pleasant. After that, the staff is very accommodating and welcoming. Subsequently, even though the fitness center is simple, it is very tidy and well-equipped with towels and a water station. After that, the thermostat on the wall was broken and the temperature was hot.
