The entire stay was exceptional. From the minute we stepped out of our car, valet service was outstanding. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous with many options. Most definitely will be booking again!

Very unique property from ~1930. Renovated from being Cleveland school system HQ to a hotel. We loved the lobby art and the architectural features that remain from the original building. Room was comfortable, staff friendly, and breakfast filling. Great stay! And a 15 minute walk to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Nice, unique old-style hotel with welcoming staff and employees. Beautiful grounds and building centrally located between the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Progressive Field. Nice king-size room, clean, with furnishings and interior well maintained. Complimentary breakfast and dinner well presented and managed. Easy check-in and check-out at the front desk.

The staff were very polite, professional and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean, big bathroom with a great shower and clean sheets. Free hot breakfast, dinner and three free bar drinks. Great experience and located right downtown within walking distance to Progressive Field, Rocket Arena and all the bars downtown.

We love staying here. All of the staff are so friendly & helpful. I knew it had the free breakfast buffet that was very nice but they also do a free dinner and 3 drinks (alcohol too). That was very nice. The food was pretty good too. We did a late night stop at the on-site bar, The Teacher’s Lounge, which was very cute & the perfect night-cap spot. Great location& very clean. We’ll be back!
