For a recent trip to colonial Williamsburg, my husband and I stayed here. We discovered a cockroach in our room because the ice maker told us not to use it. While we weren't usually picky travelers, this location left a lot to be desired. The visitors center's convenience is unmatched. The merchant square and colonial williamsburg were both close by. Yorktown and Jamestown were also reasonably close by. The personnel who were employed at this motel were all very pleasant and accommodating. The shower in our room was abrasive, and there were black mold stain on the shower curtain. The room had previously seen plumbing issues and inconvenient repair efforts. The bathroom fan was filthy! There was a sign stating that only coffee was available for breakfast. However, my spouse noticed that the coffee maker wasn't functioning properly. Although there was a coffee maker in the room, there was no creamer, so we didn't use it. Additionally, they advised us not to utilize it, and to top things off, we discovered a cockroach in our room. While this hotel left a lot to be desired, we are not frequently picky travelers.

Excellent for a simple and affordable motel. The rooms were clean and comfy. felt safe. Excellent location to stay for a tour of the busch gardens. Great water pressure in the shower. The room has a microwave fridge.

The rooms are small but they are clean. The beds are comfortable. Quite reasonable price. The coffee is just for breakfast, but you can't expect much if you want to stay in a budget hotel. There is a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave in the room. Will stay again in Williamsburg.

I have stayed at this hotel before and was dissatisfied. I returned to this hotel because I have choice hotel rewards and thought I would give it another try. Hot water for the bathtub, and constant working wifi. The last time I reviewed this hotel, I can say I am satisfied. My room was clean and spacious, had hot water, and worked wifi, so I was happy. Besides that, downtown Williamsburg is close by, and you can walk there in under 30 minutes. For the price and location of the hotel, you can't beat this place. There is also a pancake house restaurant across the street for breakfast, a great breakfast spot.
