Last weekend my family gathered in New York City and stayed at the Moor House. The hotel was perfect for us. Our room was small but well-planned with a spot for everything. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet so we slept well. We gathered on comfortable couches or around the table in the lobby every morning and planned our day over delicious espresso drinks and pastries. It was a quick and easy train ride to the Broadway Shows close to Times Square, and a short walk to Chelsea Market and the highline. There are many good restaurants near the hotel. Well surely will be back!.

The location of this hotel is wonderful. The hotel has lovely rooms, if they are very small. This place is quiet and there is no service. The only employees who are actually pleasant are the cleaning crew. Although the bed was very small and ok because I was alone, they let my friend who came to join me wait for more than 10 minutes and told her she couldn't provide my room number, but they didn't even contact me. breakfast, no kettle, no fridge. The minimum is that they can't even assist you in finding a taxi if you have to go to the airport. What about the hangers in the bathroom? Change the management, and the hotel might become a nice one.

The hotel has an interesting and pleasant location on a residential street corner. And then, the decor is very stylish. Then, the friendliness and assistance was also very good. Plus, they have a nice coffee shop and a bar.

I will be back. Absolutely amazing place! The newly renovated rooms are quiet and comfortable and beautifully decorated as is the lobby. The staff are helpful and really give off a vibe that they like what they do, which is not usually found in the hospitality industry.

The benefit is that they can easily serve you and your family while you are there. The hotel opened in late September and I have stayed here almost a month for a week on business. The rooms are clean and stylish. I stayed at the Moore Hotel several times since then. I do not often trust hotels, but this place feels like home. Alfredo serves some of the best coffee in the morning and is very friendly.
