Yes the kitchen was fully equipped. Suggestion: The book-in via only online should be notified prior making reservation. Because of this inconvenience, we lost one reservation day. There was not washer in unit. And, the storage with cleaning items were not available because the door was locked.

There is nothing luxurious about these apartments. The listing says it sleeps 8 but the 6 of us were barely able to cram into the space. The listing was also misleading all the rooms in the apartment were significantly smaller than shown in the photos. There was no living room only a space big for a small futon and tiny kitchen. In the bedrooms you had to climb over the beds to get from one side to the other because they barely fit & there were no nightstands. The lack of a countertops in the kitchen made cooking impossible, especially since the TV sits over the stove. The bathrooms had no countertop either and no hooks to hang anything. The windows were poorly sealed with duct tape allowing flies and bugs in the rooms. When we walked in there were flies everyone accompanied with the smell of cigarettes. We also found fruit flies, fleas, and centipedes. I contacted guest services multiple times to help with the bugs, the lights in the kitchen area, and the ceiling fan that were not working either. They said multiple times they would send someone to fix these problems but no one ever came. There were other broken parts in the apartment including no toilet paper holder, a broken hook on the bathroom door and the bathroom shades were broken as well. There was dirt and grime in the shower grout, between the washer and dryer, and under the beds. Please seek other apartments when staying in the beautiful city of New York as this apartment hurts my visage of this city.

We booked the standard suite and were rebooked to the junior suite with no advance notice. The rebooked room was nowhere near big enough for our group, and the property was completely unresponsive when we called or messaged for appropriate accommodations.

The room is nothing like the pictures; it's a complete scam. The neighborhood is very noisy at night, making it impossible to sleep. The heater doesn't heat the entire area, and the windows don't close properly, letting in all the wind. If you like to sleep well and comfortably, this is not the place for you. They advertised two bathrooms, but there was only one, which was incredibly inconvenient since there were four of us. We had to take turns to get ready on time. I don't recommend it; I was very disappointed. I contacted the managers, but nothing was ever resolved.
