We had a great time staying here. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was very quiet and we couldn't hear our neighbors. They had a happy hour in the bar area everyday with complimentary snacks and a few tokens for free drinks. The pool was nice and a perfect temperature. The staff was very friendly. The location is perfect for walking around downtown. The restaurant was being renovated but still had plenty of available seating and offered breakfast. The breakfast was pretty good and offered a wide variety of options. We never tried to order from the restaurant but they do have a menu available. The patio was very nice. Downsides for us was having to pay for valet because there is no hotel parking. They do a great job of course but it was still expensive especially when we hardly needed the car. They also didn't have free WiFi. The TV kept losing connection so sometimes the channels and/or app you were using would stop working. Overall a very comfortable stay and we don't regret it at all.

This place is centrally located to everything and is probably the nicest and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was super helpful and always asked if we needed anything when just passing by. I would recommend staying here 10/10 times. The only thing I was unware of was parking is not free and you had to essentially use the valet service, not a huge deal just would be nice to know before booking.

This was one of the best properties I have stayed in a while. The staff was helpful and I really enjoyed the customer service from front desk to valet. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent and the staff made the stay enjoyable. Embassy Suites is the way to go.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I am very picky about where I lay my head, and this hotel met my standards. The room was nice and cozy. The staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. Not to mention, the indoor pool and buffet breakfast were a plus. This will definitely be my go-to if I am in Chattanooga again.

This was our first time staying at an embassy hotel and I will definitely stay there again. We only spent one night but our stay was great. Hotel was very clean, staff was great, the breakfast part was great. We only ate from the Buffett because it was a long line, But that seemed to go fast. The options for food were great. The valet parking and staff was an additional bonus. Thank you for making our stay so nice!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites! The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had, and the two complimentary drinks were a great touch. The room was nice and clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and we loved having sitting on the 7th floor balcony. The only downside was that our room did not have an iron or ironing board as advertised. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!

I feel that the hotel should provide housekeeping services daily like change sheets. They provided the towels and did a good job tidying the room. I had a beautiful room with a view and all the amenities. The staff at this hotel were all welcoming and had a friendly courteous attitude.
