The hotel's position in the city of Lubbock is advantageous because it is conveniently located on the ring road that winds through it. If you have a vehicle, this hotel is close to the medical centerhospital, Texas Tech University, and a variety of restaurants and stores. We got in touch with every employee with politeness and professionality. When entering the room, there was a moldy-musty drain odor. We made the decision to stay in a shelter because it was after midnight and all other hotels in lubbock were booked due to a busy university weekend football game on the parents weekend. Because my spouse handled it, I cannot recall what they suggested for the solution the following day. When we returned to the apartment that day after dealing with work at the medical center university, the smell persisted. To assist me with dealing with the odor in the room, we went to Palmar and purchased airfreshener and freeze, but the odor was strong and the products were ineffective in clearing it out. We felt sorry for the hotel room after they opened the door and smelled it, and they agreed to refund us because we chose to leave the hotel and travel to swell, but as each hotel in lubbock was at full capacity, there were no utensils or cookware. The hotel room wasn't well equipped, which is another factor in the reason

I stayed at my sister's house when I arrived. The lobby was so shabby and smelled bad of fried food in the air. But when I got to my room with my two grown daughters, the locks wouldn't open. I went to the lobby and was informed that the hotel would check the guest automatically if no belongings were found in the room. I know what I'm seeing. In the lobby, women looked like street prostitutes. I was very friendly with the clerk as if they had been there a while. The girls in the waiting room said that the terms were by the hour. I was able to recover most but not all of my repayment because the hotel checked me out. I must admit this hotel is nasty!
