My stay was great, except learning upon return to bed down on the second night, my payment to my third party did not reach the desk of the Extended Stay. Not willing to tarnish my integrity, I paid what was said to be owed. A couple of hours after checkout, I received a call to inform me that I was being given a refund of the second payment, and that the initial payment had finally been received. Now... this all occurred because I was trying to "sneak in past curfew," meaning after the close of the office. It took what felt like FOREVER to get someone down to get that keycard reworked. June came to my aid, and with both of us having what may be several decades of customer service experience between us, she brought her cool to the party. I was not a happy camper, because it was late, I was tired, my seafood was getting cold, and was not informed before meeting June that assistance could take up to 30min, but something about her pulled most of the wind from my sails right away. We talked for a good while, and may need to talk some more over a drink or two! I will definitely stay again, especially if June is there.

Front desk employee was friendly & check-in was fast. Fridge & AC were cold. Cable TV worked great. Area & parking lot were a little sketchy. Ppl smoking weed in cars & playing loud music. Typical sketchy Airport vibes

The room smelled a little bit. Could’ve been something the previous guest cooked. Overall, it was clean and comfortable. The service was great. I can’t remember the front desk associates name, but he was friendly. I enjoyed the planes flying over.

From reservation to check in/out, not only is this location the definition of what I call"above and beyond" it's also without question the cleanest, most helpful and polite location of all the extended Stay locations in the Durham/Raleigh area. I normally don't do this but it feels necessary to give the GM Mrs Angela a quick shout-out for her positive and outgoing attitude that lacks almost every other location. Thank you guys for making my stay as easy and comfortable as you can provide!

Good place to stay. No breakfast available. No coffee available. But worth it compared to other nearby options.

I appreciate the professionalism of the woman who checked me in yesterday as well as the gentleman who helped me this morning after I locked my phone inside before my departure.
