The service provided by the general manager, Adrianna, was exceptional. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Its location near the freeway made it easy to access. Highly recommended, especially for those seeking accommodation with a kitchenette. Michael and Christina, on the other hand, were outstanding!.

The best part is the kind hospitality we received from our little chihuahuite Lexi, who also had a great time here. Jackie and her team are amazing! Very friendly, great location! Parking is included! Its close to mr. Starbucks and raising canes, which is also one of my favorite features!.

The room was comfortable, clean and had a great air conditioner. The floor was quiet. Great staff especially jacqueline at the extended stay in arcadia. She was helpful, kind, and funny. It almost felt like she was scolded.

The staff is friendly and the vending machine has a lot of snack options. The laundry is done with your debit card or credit card so you dont need quarters. Its peaceful and soap smells good. Great hotel.

Read the following for more information if you or your loved ones have lower back issues or want to avoid them. The location is excellent, and the staff is fine and has been professional on numerous occasions. However, it is clear that the owners are simply not giving back enough money for its upkeep. I was initially given a bed from 2012 - 2023, but beds have been around for 7-10 years. It took two months to get replaced because it hurt my back. Meanwhile, management was supposed to receive idly beds until the new one arrived. But all the other beds are in similar shape. Even though we chose one such bed, they stalled before admitting it wasnt clean underneath the wrapper. You should ask for reassurances that your specific bed will be in good condition or think about other places that will offer such guarantees. Im currently waiting for the upper management of the hotel to remedy this. Additionally, ive had this, you can message me here and/or complain to extended stays bb complaint page (do utmost search online). Everything is fairly quick to do. Finally, keep in mind that you have enhanced rights and protections as tenants and not just hotel guests unless youve been here for over 30 days in California. This means greater protection for services and attempts to have you move out against your wishes. Later, im going to post an updated review.

This location is absolutely fantastic. Christina and the gm Adriana are the best. I frequently travel for work, and i have stayed in most major hotel and motel chains. This particular extended stay is simple and by far the finest. Without a doubt, ill guarantee this place. Its topnotch.

I stayed here in may 2019 (last month). My initial review gave the hotel 5 stars and said that patty is my favorite great stay. However, i didnt write that review and deleted it. When he was at the front desk, his wife asked me to write a review, and if ive handed her my phone, she wrote it for me. But despite this, im not sure recomended the 5 star rating. Although matty has been incredibly helpful and kind to the staff, the hotels own problems, such as broken items in my room and poor cleanliness, dont make this hotel worthy of 5 perfect stars. A drawer in the room was broken, so was the shower too, but it still worked fine enough for him to shower. The hotel breakfast is merely grabbing and having seating. There is also swabs and microwave in each room. Anyway, Patty works well, however, there are no seats in this place.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Had to stay for two months. Everyone was friendly and professional, making our stay easy and comfortable. Best extended stay weve ever had. Adriana, Jonathan, Jackie, and Tracy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at ease. Thank you.
