The beds were comfy, but everything else about this hotel was terrible. The lobby, hallway, and room were dark, dingy, and gloomy. On-line description shows a family of two adults and a child sitting at the in-room table enjoying a freshly prepared mealin the roomfalse advertisingour room had no dinnerware, no cookware, no utensils and only one chair. Online description says free high speed internetfalse advertisingstandard internet is free but faster and faster are not free. The internet description claims free breakfastfalse advertisingfree breakfast is only if all you want is coffee and candy bars. Eggs, waffles, dry cereal, juices, milk, fruits, bagels, toast, milk, muffins, danishes, cream cheese, jelly, and other items are not available. They did have instant oatmeal packs, but there were no bowls to put them in or utensils for eating them. The bathroom exhaust fan made a lot of noise, little if any shower steam was removed from the room. The room entrance was very difficult to open. I complained to the reception, but nothing was done to remedy the situation. After the first of three days, when our room wasnt serviced, I asked the front desk if they said they only service the rooms weekly new sheets, towels, toiletries or room cleaning

This hotel was suitable for me because it has a very safe neighborhood, is located near my job, and is also convenient to stay in.
