My wife and I stayed one night at the rp. The nice receptionist checked my ID, took a card reserve and gave me the key cards. We carried our bags to the one elevator and up to the second floor. was spacious with a comfortable king, dresserdesk unit with refrigerator, many channels, coffee maker and chair, small easy chair and a fully equipped bathroom with tub shower. There was no microwave in the room but there were 2 in the lobby. The room wifi was good as was the under window cheat and quick hot water. Breakfast was a grab-and-go bag at 630 a.m. in the lobby with apples, yogurt, muffins, and water. I used the four-star gym, did easy laps in the 15 I 15 indoor pool and then relaxed in the large hot tub. Market Basket supermarket is 1 mile north. The hotel with 104 rooms faces busy I so our room in the rear made a comfortable stay for a non-refundable member prepay of 127. 53.

The room was very good and I was upgraded. I can't say enough good things about the front desk staff, very helpful in choosing great restaurants and recommending things to do in the area. The location is great off the highway and a good place to stay if you visit the Lakes Region and Concord City. Enjoyed my stay and will return, breakfast was a grab-and-go which was fine otherwise you can go to a nearby restaurant...If in the area.. stay here for a great price, great rooms and great staff. You won't be disappointed.

When we got there, we were delighted to learn that our request for connecting rooms was answered. We had a nice experience at the reception, especially with Michelle. Everything was tidy.

Since the pandemic began in March 2020, I have never really stopped traveling, and this was the worst airfield stay I've ever had since the economy reopened a few months ago. First off, I can understand the Grabandgo service, but having only apples, yogurts, muffins, granola bars, and water view pictures for all four days of our stay was ridiculous. They also didn't even offer regular yogurt, just light, one flavor. Do not believe them when they say they offer free breakfast. I ended up having breakfast every day outside. Second, they told us that they would only offer housekeeping service on the fourth day because they were short on staff. I could understand that because there is a labor shortage all around. On the fourth day, before we left, the front desk staff told us that housekeeping had been scheduled. So when we returned at night, we expected to see a clean room, but to our surprise, nothing had happened and no one had come. Three, while the front desk was gracious enough to give us garbage bags and other items like towels so we could put the trash in the large trash cans in the ice machine area, we noticed that the large trash cans weren't always empty. We definitely didn't feel this hotel was clean and well-kept. One minor issue is that the hot tub's water wasn't as hot as it should
