This is the perfect location when you are visiting the University of Cincinnati! Easy walk to campus and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, Target…no need to move your car! Nice room and decent breakfast in the morning. We will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to the incredible team here. The woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful right from the start. She gave us fantastic local recommendations and took the time to walk us through the offsite parking process so it was completely seamless. A special shoutout to the breakfast host as well, who was an absolute ray of sunshine in a busy dining room! They greeted every single table, cleared things promptly, and brought such a warm, positive energy to the morning. It’s rare to see this level of care and hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The room was nice. The breakfast assortment & plenty of seating was great. We loved having so many dining options within walking distance. My daughter was disappointed at the size of the pool, how cloudy the water was, how the chlorine was very strong & hurt her eyes, and how loud the room was. I think they need better ventilation. Sitting as an adult supervising a swimming child was hard bc the air burned my eyes. It was HOT like a sauna in the pool area. The flooring was a bad choice. I saw 2 children fall who were not even running. There should also be more space between the pool and seating. Any adult sitting was so close to the pool it was easy to be splashed. Many adults were just there to stay dry & keep an eye on their kids. The front desk staff were amazing. I spoke with several of them. They were so friendly & helpful. They had great food recommendations. They really were just overall great & smiling & made you feel welcome.

The staff at the front desk and in the morning for breakfast were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. Although the usual parking garage was not in use, the west garage was available and near by. I would recommend this hotel to others and will use again if in the area.
