It was an average stay. The only reason it was given three stars instead of five was because our room was not properly cleaned. Hair in the shower bathtub and in the bathroom and a few pieces of garbage on the carpet. Other than that, the stay was great. A helpful staff and a classic hotel breakfast. I would stay here again but I would suggest additional cleaning.

Shelby, selfie and kirsten were all great staff that made my stay at the airfield inn very enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and I had an easy walk to several restaurants nearby.

On our trip back from Florida, my wife and I recently stayed at the Airfield Inn. When we got home the next day in Chicago, we discovered a bag with our computers and files left behind. It was undoubtedly quite stressful as my wife runs a consulting business without backup files. After calling in a panic, we spoke to the general manager, Phil Cartier, who was extremely reassuring and personally went to the room to retrieve the bag. He boxed it up and sent it over FedEx the same day. Our package arrived the following day. We paid for shipping but were aware and appreciative of his personal time and attention he took to send our package to our home. I'm sure other members of his team at the Columbus airfield pay the same attention as their customers. Phillips can do attitude went a long way! Thanks, Phil. We anticipate our next visit.

When I was planning to visit Columbus, Indiana for just three days, I googled the town and discovered it to be a very small city. So, my expectations for this motel were low. But when I first arrived, I was so astonished by the first glimpse. I didn't know that many other surprises might be discovered later. Its fantastic in many ways, beginning with the staff's helpfulness and friendly smile. Staff members serve a great breakfast, a rooftop bar, a sizable conference room, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and, last but not least, an amazing patio with a barbeque. Large rooms with thoughtfully planned closets and bathroom. They also have 40 inches with Netflix, Prime, and others. You must create your own login, but the next day it will log you off, or you can do it from all of your accounts using a single button. They have all kinds of stores and eateries within a mile of this location. The Texas Roadhouse shares the same parking lot, and the front desk has a 10 off coupon. Take a rest, youll be pleasantly surprised if you come and explore.

The hotel is a must-visit experience. But the real professional is Pablo. The front desk employees, Amy and Ada, were always pleasant and hospitable. The whole staff was quite professional and helpful. Always ready to accommodate and assist you with anything you need.
