This is the best hotel in california period. The rooms are amazing and immaculate, the lobby is really laid back, and the restaurants are very nice. There have been no negative experiences whatsoever, but the staff is also amazing. I love it.

The fairmont miramar santa monica is a wellknown destination for jetsetters, celebrities, corporate guests, locals and wellknow foodies in los angeles. Estela estrada, whose longtime staff member serves as the best service in the food and beverage department, deserves special mention in this property review. Estella is an enthusiastic representative of the fairmount mirami team and incredibly kind and professional. She is always responsive and takes great pleasure in developing ties with hotel visitors as he works as part of banquet staff. Food and beverages work is very difficult and typically quite personal in culinary arts. A skilled professional, estella estrado is exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend her to any culinary management team, and thank her for her excellent customer service that she consistently provides.

I cant express how wonderful our time at the fairmont miramar was. We came to this property for my companies yearly holiday party, and it did not let us down. Every single member of the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. When we arrived early, we were able to unload our bags with the valet to be delivered when our room was ready. The coffee shop was ideal for muchneeded energy and small bites or smoothies. With the many fountains, the property was stunning and thoroughly entertained our toddler. Although i dont believe there is a bad view here, ours was perfect for the sunset.

The exceptional treatment provided by highly skilled personnel was beyond what was expected for comfort. The staff members who were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, especially Antoine at guest services, jermaine at the front desk (chefs kiss) and christopherjohn at bar, were all outstanding. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, enhanced by the exceptional staffing.

My family and i had a great time at the exhale spa! The staff and service were excellent. Our dining at Fig was an unparalleled experience, with impeccable service on both new years eve and new year s day. Rachel, thank you so much! From the bellman to the parking attendant, the staff is fantastic! However, we had an ocean view room on the 4th floor, so we could barely see the ocean. Regarding the bungalow party. Nothing was designated for our reserved table, therefore it had to be cleared. Worst of all, our server, antani, abandoned our table when he discovered that ive won if my sweepstakes prize! He said hello and never returned! Thank goodness for sheila, who personally waited at our tables table and brought our drinks. Proving that one bad apple does not spoil the bunch. I would suggest this vacation location! Special thanks to tara mirzaee, Kevin Kim, and Kelly marzoli for organizing the reservations. Showing that excellent service is based on mediocre management, excellence comes from topnotch management! Most importantly, many thanks go to her kcrw for the wonderful prize for my family as well as me. Support your public radio station.

We had an amazing time at the fairmont miramar. The personnel were friendly. Always willing to help with luggage or bring something to the room. Its in a great location. There are restaurants and shops in both lax and rome, and it is simple to get to and from the beach. On future trips, i will most definitely stay here again! We stayed in the signature ocean view suite in front of the palisades wing. Our view overlooked the ocean and the pool. Although the pillows were tattered, the bed was quite comfy. A nice water pressure, all le labo products were provided in this spacious bathroom. Everything was available in our hotel! Although there were only one person in each sauna and steam room, there was never more than one. Every day, we stopped at dogtown coffee in lobby.

This place has an amazing location and topnotch service. Everyone, from the front desk to poolside assistance, was courteous and attentive. When a homeless person entered the hotel, security was on point. They escorted him out and spoke to him politely but harshly. The rooms are spacious and offer secluded balconies where guests can relax and take in the ocean view. Beds are quite cozy. Shower pressure is good. I had gotten accustomed to it here. Although it is crowded and its primarily occupied by nightclubs, i had no issues sleeping there.

The hotel is mediocre for the price and the location is excellent, but i want to highlight one of the staff members, Freddie, who took great care of his job. He is the consummate professional, concerned about the comfort of guests and truly deserves to be credited for this. Thank you frankfurter for being as kind and professional as you are.

One of the best places to stay in santa monica is the fairmont miramar hotel! The beach, promenade, elephante restaurant, and the bungalow bar are all nearby!.

This is a lovely old hotel located at the far end of santorini. Its cozy and luxurious without being overly posh. The food is delicious! The coffee shop could do better, but in terms of location, it is perfect! I would stay again because the fig tree should be deemed utmost national treasure! Great restaurants as well!.

My wife and i stayed at this lovely hotel on 23.10. It was the final two nights of our threeweek vacation, and it was truly the best ending. The hotel is perfect, the room was very nice, there is an amazing fig restaurant for an ala carte breakfast, no word can describe how wonderful the location is.

I would return to this hotel. They went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful, despite the fact that they were understaffed. From the front desk staff to the valet, 5 stars for the manager and the employees who run this motel. The rooms are a little antiquated, but not terrible. Very clean!.

We went to aparty on friday night or would have stayed there if it hadnt been for an oops with the list. By the time the people at the gate realized the error our group decided to pass. And a brunch at cabanas which is always i love to spend the morning. When we were there the staff were in half strike (picking up in the early morning and going to work) they were clearly short staffed.

This is a stunning hotel with breathtaking beachfront views. The bar and restaurants offer countless options to suit your preferences. I was unable to try the open pool, but it has sweltering system so you can jump on it without hesitation in the morning. For those who enjoy partying, there is an excellent nightclub called the bungalows located on the side corner of the hotel. Remember to mention that you are from the hotels staff, so avoid the long line to start the night early.

Ive never had a bad experience at the fairmount. There is no question that the selection of highly trained staff who are attentive to your every need is incredibly important, and my stay at miramar was no exception. The lobby opens up to dining on the poolside with gentle waterfalls cascading down providing not only reassurance but also privacy between conversations thanks to its clever design. Of course my ocean view room overlooking santa monica pier was stunning, which i want to thank inhouse reservations (nico) and jamie at reception for having my room ready ahead of schedule and choosing such tasty room for me. It was complemented by the location with the bungalow at entry. A social club was an interesting space that felt more like ive been in someones extravagant home than at etiquette. Fairmont quality taco truck that sits inside was fantastic for lullaby bites late at night. I feel as though he barely scratched the surface of what it had to offer. Without if you want business or pleasure, this will be my goto hotel in california.

I would not change a thing, and i wholeheartedly recommend this property over all the others in the area. One of the finest accor properties ive had the pleasure of staying at. It is utterly unfortunate that they are planning to renovate and alter this historic and beautiful property, which, like many others, believe is near perfect in terms of location, staff management, amenities, or inhouse options. A simply stunning hotel with enduring history and even better staff. The restaurant and bar are unmatched in service, efficiency, undeniably superior in their management. I dealt with one of those most knowledgeable hotel concierges he has ever met, who knew things genuinely didnt think ill have answers for.
