Nice please really near the Universalnstudio , we went universal by Suttle they provide , breakfast lunch n dinner is free for kids at TGIF Big space for the room just the room it self smell like old also in the lift the rest is ok according to price wise

It's probably lovely. And tidy. However, given the price, the customer service is mediocre. First, despite there being a line for mobile checkin, no one was staffed, and mobile check in was going through the regular line and accompanying long waits, I stood there as three agents continued to ignore me. I told a friend about it and one of the agents finally accepted me as another agent apologized for blatantly recognizing a customer who had been waiting a long time. Despite mobile checking 3, we were given keys to use as express passes in the parks while we waited for the rooms to be ready. Despite the fact that checkin isn't until 400, no one in the staff noticed that we were getting into storage when my son was leaving for breakfast. They informed her that they would take my bag, and I had to return to the lobby to show my id to get the new keys. They acknowledged her and assured me that they would get her the keys. When I finally had my room keys, I moved to luggage about 20 minutes later, but they had not grabbed our bags, so we had to continue on our wasted time. Finally, room service was served. Good and polite individuals, but it took khr 15 minutes for 2 hamburgers and fries. A friend in the neighboring room placed her order at the same time in an hour of

When traveling to Disney World, I absolutely adored this hotel. Close to the park. Plenty of beds for families, and it is clean, pleasant, and comfortable. The hotel also has a fantastic pool, restaurants open both on-site and a short walk across the street, and places to pick up what you forgot. There was a great selection for a free breakfast, and it was delicious. I will stay here again whenever I visit the city on my way to Disney World!.

I highly recommend this hotel if you require a place to stay. We stayed here for one night as a rest before heading out on the next day for the cruise. The two-room suite that we reserved was ample for our family and nice to have separate bedrooms for kids. Ricky at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. It took us less than a five-minute wait before the hotel shuttle picked us up at the airport, then after we checked in, the shuttle picked us up at a nearby restaurant so we could eat dinner, then came back to pick us up when we were done. In the morning, the shuttle drove me to a local pharmacy to pick up some products before we left for the port. Both times, the shuttle drivers were extremely polite and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need a place to remain. It was simple for us to catch an Uber in the morning to our cruise port.

I just wanted to let you know how wonderful my supervisor's breakfast was, and how impressed you and all visitors were. There were around 100 people in the breakfast area. He sucked things, did not know how to use a waffle maker, and ran the toaster in an effort to clutter the area. He was overworked and gave an outstanding service, sir, for demonstrating to us what great customer service is. I'm sorry, but your staff was fantastic.

I visited late in march because Ive stayed at this timeshare before and am very disappointed with it as a longtime owner. Since my last visit here last year and some early March posts, there have been some enhancements. When I went to the owners meeting, I learned how and what theyve done to improve internetwifi, which was my biggest complaint last year, which I immediately noticed in the villa. The speed is still the best it can until fiber is delivered to every unit, which is coming. They appear to have changed the mattress because it was much softer to my wife and I. There was very crowded during our stay. The period of break time was wrong and the pool security needed to bring back pool security to remove trashed towels and reserved chairs by the pools so as to aid those arriving later in the day. The market is convenient for forgotten items but overpriced and understaffed, meaning there is a lengthy line to check out at the open one of two registers. The grounds are wellkept and you feel secure on the property with patrols roaming security, gated access, and sometimes sheriffs vehicles hanging around property. Where else will you find so many pools in a resort?.

Fantastic location, very close to attractions such as Sea World, Discovery Cove, and Universal Orlando. We stayed here for two nights with another family with small children, travel to Sea World takes 10 to 15 minutes, and it is also close to Interstate 4. The breakfast is fine, including waffle station, typical bakery items, coffee, tea, and other refreshments. Butter was not present if you must absolutely need it. The receptionist girls are very friendly, and check-in was simple. The only bothersome thing was the broken door in my room, and it was repeatedly broken so we had to use a lot of force to open and close it.

On a week-long solo journey, I stayed here. Prior to my arrival, I checked in online and was given an email with my room number and a map of the resort, about 20 minutes before the arrival time stated on checkin. Although being in the is area, it didn't feel too far away from where the transportation or main reception quick servicemerchandise structure is located. I had a standard twin room with a normal bed and a murphy bed that doubles as a table when folded. Because the murphy bed was slightly difficult to pull down, you might need two people for that. The room's amenities included a coffee machine with joffrey coffee, some teas, sweet I low and sugar, a beverage cooler small fridge, plastic and styrofoam cup with mickey outlines on them!, and a bottle of water and a small safe for drinks. During my stay, the merchandise changed while new items arrived. I occasionally had a gondola to myself, which was nice. I used it when I returned to my room that afternoon, but there was no change and no takeoff. The skyline was amazing. The manager was very nice, and it was fantastic that housekeeping was available at any time of the day. The best western we stayed at while in Florida, so we were happy because we got a pool as well. I highly recommend this place. Check-in and check-out were both easy and simple. The staff was also helpful and helpful and even attended to our needs.

The rooms are big and unquestionably older. Ours had quite a lot of mildew on the walls, and other surfaces, so bad. The front desk was incredibly understaffed, resulting in long lines, but they were very helpful and kind when you reached a customer. The pool is incredible, and the fitness center is also excellent. The conference facilities were fantastic, including clean bathrooms. The team performed a fantastic job in providing food service during the week we were there with the conference. My family has a number of food allergies, and the staff was attentive and extremely helpful, making meal times more enjoyable overall! Thank you, Julia, Claudia, and Sidney!.

Our 8 day visit started off great. It is a beautiful resort and it's so fun to see all of the animals. I upgraded to a savannah view which was great. The first three days were perfect. My friend and I would leave the room in the morning and night but return in the afternoon to relax and beat the florida heat. On the first day of our stay while taking an afternoon nap the phone rang, we answered right away and were met with silence. At this point we are just relaxing. Mind you, I am not in a decent outfit and I have many personal and feminine hygiene products out. We unexpectedly got a knock on the door and a housekeeper said they need to do a visual inspection and they walk in. I was in a thin tank top and luckily had two seconds to put on a shirt and be wearing shorts I would not be comfortable being seen by other strangers. I would ask the reception, which I did on two separate occasions. Fortunately we only had two more visual inspections, but my frustrations continued. It's unfortunate that this is a new practice at Disney Resorts. We had to get your personal items away and be more properly dressed. I will say please do not bother me if you need anything! It's unfortunate because while this was the most beautiful and entertaining hotel I've stayed at, the total disrespect

Good price with good location close to many restaurants and about 15 minutes from the Universal parking lot. The room is mediocre but comfortable. Neighborhood safe and looks clean. I would stay again.

The pillows are small squares. If you are not used to it, the highway is definitely noisy. The bed is quite comfortable. This hotel is fine if you're just going to sleep. If you have any free time, I would choose a hotel with better amenities. We had a three-day leisure period and wished I had found a better hotel during those days.

Our only issue was that the hotel was crowded with dancers, so you couldn't even get coffee or breakfast without long waits. We would have had our hotel if we knew it. Otherwise, it was a good stay with excellent housekeeping waiters.

This hotel has good cleanliness, but the price is not too high, I can only clean the room once per 7 night stay. The hotel policy is that the room should be completely cleaned, because the countertops are not clean, so this is not a full sanitized room.
